They are still way too strong and it hurts my eyes to use them. They just sit there on the desk collecting dust and reminding me how I should have went elsewhere to get glasses. I have been making it on cheap Walgreens readers. But they are not perfect. It's a shame that the Dr's instruments do not match up with what he prescribes for glasses. I called 11/14/2024 at 836 AM, my understanding is that your office was open. The woman who…read moreanswered informed me that they could not take an appointment because her computer was starting. As a former manager, my employees were expected to be ready to work at open. I chalked it up to technical issues and left a callback number for her to call once the computer was online. After waiting 45 minutes I called back, and was immediately put on hold. Okay no problem, things get busy. Then another woman picked up the phone and once i explained my experience so far, she basically had an "oh well" attitude, was cutting me off, and not listening to the answers to the questions she gave me. Distracted? Doesn't care? Too busy? I don't know, but what I do know is that the whole experience left me feeling like not only does your office not care enough to make it easy for new patients to book an appointment, they also blatantly don't care once their behavior and treatment of patients is pointed out to them. I politely declined the appointment and explained that we had gotten off on the wrong foot with the computer thing, and that I was getting the impression that the employee was not happy I called, and more annoyed or frustrated that I called for an appointment. I informed the woman of this, and her response sealed the deal. There was no "Would you like to speak to my manager?" nor any apology, resolution, or anything aside from, "Hmm, well ok!" This is bad business guys, I hope someone in charge reads this.
