I had some understanding of the situation and I know NOTHING about plumbing. He didn't try to add on extra services or un-necessary repairs. He was on time, very polite and solved our problems. It's obvious how knowledgeable and experienced he is. We thought this malfunction involving the septic system and our bathrooms was going to become a very expensive monster. It was manageable and we were all able to sleep easy that night. He is going to come back next week to check up on things and advised us to call if we have further issues. They also charge for Loading their truck with copper pipe, Drive Time AND a $65 Trip Charge. Plumber arrived at 8:30 and was finished at 4:30. Charged us from 8:00 to 5:00 at $100 per hour. I was told the system had not been updated so it showed the old cost. I don't think that was fair and not my fault seeing as we were told by the rep that came to our house that they have new iPads (he was getting used to using) with the updated pricing and documents. It put me in awkward position. After further conversations, we received the product at the original quoted price.
