I showed her pictures and clearly started that ai wanted bright blonde dimensional highlights, and I ended up with a very ashy blonde that was blended. I got home and I saw the color in a different light and it looked grayish. After spending almost $300, and being disappointed, I called her the next day and she was unprofessional and told me we had creative differences and she could try to fix it, but I ultimately I would need to find another stylist She never attempt to book another appt to fix it and I didn't want to go back after what she said to me. She did not offer to refund or anything so I ended up going somewhere else to fix it, another $250. I also have very short layers from a haircut she gave me that need to grow out.
