Amazing job on my hair! I have difficulty getting my hair to flow well because of super short unplanned sections I have, but she was amazing! I have tried Ulta and they were horrible, doing what they wanted and not at all what I asked for. Lou is always consistent, on time and does a great job. They are always professional, up to date on continuing education, and covid. It's nice to go get your hair done and decide you need your bangs trimmed and not be told that you need to set up another appointment because of time, which happened to me at another salon on several occasions!!! read more

Just moved to Boerne this summer, and tried this salon based on the other positive comments. Canduce is fantastic! She perfectly matched my hair color and touched up my roots and highlights. I have red hair which fades so quickly and also gray hair. Extremely difficult to match. I thought she would have to do all over color. She has definitely earned a customer for life. read more

This salon is the best there is. I have been going to Pam for three years. ( when I move to a new area the first thing I do is ask around for the best stylist) She listens to you and knows her stuff. I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time and wished I had not afterwards. I had my hair cut by what I considered a "trainee" but was charged the "master" price. I have a simple wedge-bob style which I didn't have after the cut. I would not recommend this salon. read more

I have been going to Tres Bella for a few years now, and have NEVER had a bad experience. I think I've seen every stylist in there, as they really enjoy helping each other out and their main goal is to make sure that they meet all of your expectations, including the date that you want, even if it means that you dont have one set stylist. This attitude was so refreshing and all of the women are so friendly. I also really like the product line- Davines- that they use (especially the conditioners, it makes my hair really soft). I get my highlights, cuts and brow waxes there, and have loved them every time. It always turns out natural looking, which is not always the case when you are going lighter. read more

Tres Bella is amazing. I got my hair done there and everyone was very friendly. When you walk in you are greeted by the receptionist, who was very nice. Pam cut my hair and i have never enjoyed a haircut more. When I went to Tres Bella I wasn't sure if I would be able to find it because i hear that it was down a street, but it was very easy to find and there was decent parking. The inside of the shop is adorable and looks very classy. I loved my hair cut and can not wait to go back. The price may be a little up there for some people, but I think it was worth it. I have been getting my hair cut and colored with Allyson and Pam for YEARS....even before they even opened Tres Bella. After my last visit there I really wanted to let others know what a fabulous job they are doing. When you walk in you are greeted by a very personable receptionist who is awaiting your visit. They take you to your stylist. I personally use Allyson, but all the ladies there are so friendly and extremely talented. The salon is spacious and very chic. I have had my hair cut, highlighted, died completely and many updos!!! One of my best friends had all of her bridesmaids get there hair done here before her wedding....WHAT FUN!!! We had champagne fun and snacks everywhere. She even had her photographer with us so we felt like celebrities getting our hair done and posing. I definitely recommend this salon even if you are making the trip from San Antonio! The ladies there really love what they do and make you feel like you are at home! read more

I went in for a color and gave the stylist the exact formula that my hairdresser in Louisiana used for my hair for years. I searched to find a salon that used the Davines product to be sure it was the same. I showed her 2 or three pictures of my hair to make sure she knew what I wanted. Well, I don't know what she did wrong but it came out very gray and totally wrong. I knew as soon as she sat me down after rinsing out the color that it was very wrong. I told her but she just seemed surprised and said it would look lighter out in the sun. It was late afternoon by this time because she had taken so long to do the color that I said ok for now and I would let her know after washing it a few times. It didn't lighten up so I went back in and a group of stylist assisted by one of the owners worked on my hair. They stripped it several times and eventually it came out much lighter but sort of orange looking (my brother called it apricot). This was after literally several hours. My head was burning at some points. They were very nice the whole time but it was a terrible experience. I finally said ok it's better than it was and just left. At no time did they offer me a refund or discount. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. read more
