Quick to find answers if he didn't know instantly. Delivery dates were quick. We ordered on May 26th. Hers were in stock and delivered June 1. Mine were on order and delivered June 5. Someone called 2 days prior to confirm the delivery day was still good. The day before received a text giving me the delivery window. The morning of another text giving me the driver's name, what order I was in the delivery, and a link that I could at any time check to see how close they were and what stop they were currently on. Then received another text letting me know they were approximately 45 minutes away. The guys were there less than an hour (not sure exactly how long) for my mom's delivery. Less than 10 minutes for mine. 10/10 would recommend.

If the motor doesn't work it's just a $1000 bed. I just bought a chair the only opens with a motor. I thought it was warntied for 10 years but found out the chair is warntied for 10 years but the motor only 5. If the recliner breaks while the recliner is partially opening after 5 years they will not fix it. It then becomes a permanent broken chair. They also say the company doesn't care or produce fixable parts 5 or so years after you buy the item. Ridiculous. How is that our problem. Sell something be honest. Ridiculous. Now the chair is going to be returned as after 5 years my 10 year warntiy is useless as it was for my bed I got to help keeping me from dying of esophageal cancer the whole point of getting the bed to elevate when I sleep. Ridiculous.

Not only did he immediately decline the return, he used vulgar language and even stated i must have COVID. The COVID comment was random and unrelated to the current conversation. A nearly $900 chair can not be exchanged after a week! Not only is there zero customer service but I believe it is theft and elder abuse.

I had a doctor appointment the morning of our scheduled delivery. My husband was home to accept delivery of our laundry set. Unfortunately, he didn't notice the washer and dryer was not the matching set we purchased. When I arrived home, I noticed the issue right away and a phone call was made to BIG Sandy to inform of the error. Delivery of the correct washer was scheduled the following day. Since I had already planned an out of town trip for this day, I have not had the opportunity to try out the new washer/dryer. Since I left a short time after delivery, I am afraid I am unable to comment on the use of the laundry set at this time. With the rising cost of prices as of late, I suppose the price of the set was within reason.

The last 4 visits here have pushed me back to the big box establishments. On one visit I needed a case of caulk. The kid working tried to charge me $96. I got it at Lowe's for $34. On another I was 2nd in line at the register and the guy ahead of me decided he needed more items. He and the store employee went shopping together bringing several items to the counter one at a time while I waited and waited and waited...I placed my items on the counter with his and left. On another I only needed a junction box cover. I could find one, I also couldn't find an employee for assistance. And on the last visit, the straw that broke the camels back, I dropped off chainsaw chains to be sharpened. 9 days later, they remained untouched. I tried! They stopped trying.
