They applied for a loan and then came back and said "oh that one didn't work because you make too much." Uhm, shouldn't you know the income guidelines for a loan before applying your clients for it?! We found another broker and another home and we were in it within a month of looking at it. No glitches. No hang ups. Nothing. It was stress free and simple. With East Coast, it was problem after problem after problem. They knew our loss was their fault because they refunded us costs that they had nothing to do with. They asked us for papers that didn't even exist. Stuff they already had. They delayed important things needed to be done on their end. Verifying employment only days before our THIRD closing date. Stuff that just prolonged the sale time and time again and started to annoy the sellers. It was a disaster.
