It's the same color. Our daughter has well he brought it home and he painted and the more we're looking at it, we thought it was way too late. Then we went to our daughters and realized we had the wrong color on our walls. Our painter went back. They gave him a real hard time and gave us a free can of paint. Meanwhile, we have to pay the painter to repaint. I think that is totally unfair. It is their fault and they should reimburse us the cost of the Painter.

I usually have luck finding staff to assist me with finding items which is a plus because I don't always need the steps for exercise. I mostly go here for mulch in the spring. The staff packs it into my car for me which is a great help. I find that it make sense to check an item online before venturing out to make sure that they have it and that it is a better price than competitors.

All three stores had an option to speak with a service representative. Lowe's was the only one that I called that had an AI-only response option and the response was very poor. It specifically mentioned that it could report on in-stock items. Then when I asked about salt, it said that it was unable to find the information. There was also no option to speak to a representative that could provide that information. After many poor experience, I can safely say that Lowes customer service is literally the worst out of all the big box stores. Very disappointing to see them go all in on AI. They need to get their act together or they will be going out of business soon.

There was not a slot for this item. There was a slot for a non galvanized item but non were there. An associate located a new box of eight. We pulled it down, opened it up and there were only four in the previously unopened box. Frustrated, I attempted to speak with a store manager, but she did not bother to come to the service desk or to call me back on the number I left for her. As most homes out here it can be difficult because it's an old house. I spoke to Laura Farris who scheduled a diagnosis appointment. A gentleman came out determine what needed to be done and would come back once the parts were in to complete the job. However, somehow the communication between the repair man and the ordering department did not occur. I contacted Laura and asked her if she would be so kind a follow up. She apologized for the delay and not only followed up, but she made it a priority to make sure the parts would be ordered, and that schedule the repair as soon as they arrived, Laura kept us up to date on the project, Laura is due all the credit for the project being completed. Rings End is very lucky to have someone like Laura working and representing them.

A man behind came out from behind the counter to help me. He said my plate was very old and obsolete. He came up with the idea to cit off a center bar on the plate and maybe, just maybe it would latch again with it removed. While I waited for him to return another man was assisting my friend and he was just as helpful to her. We thanked him, paid for our purchases and left. Once home, I put the strike plate back on the door jam and closed the door. It worked! I can close and lock my door again. I'm giving Barnum Hardware and that men that work there a 5 star review. I will never go anywhere else for my hardware needs and my friend agrees.

Our house is a 1770's colonial that hasn't had a lot of exterior attention in the past 15 or so years. Patrick came by and although he wasn't the cheapest guy I talked to, I liked his energy. I also liked that he had a carpenter who could address some of our neglected issues to take care of everything we needed all at the same time. The house came out great. I feel like I shouldn't have to do anything to the outside for several years. When I do, I'll give Patrick a call. We'll also be using them for some interior work when we get around to it after the holidays. Some things to know: Spend some time with Patrick walking the project and getting ideas on things that need to be addressed. He has a great eye and will notice things you've overlooked for years. Try to be on site as much as you can when they are there. Things come up and the project will go better if you can give them feedback in real time. Don't hesitate to ask them to do something over or differently. We had a few sections painted over a different color. It costs a bit more but they are happy to do what they can to make you happy. Keep an eye on your dog. Be considerate! One of my neighbors liked their work on my house and hired them to work on his. His dog bit 2 of their guys. That's not cool. If you have a dog figure out how to keep it from biting people when they work on your house. The house looks great. They are coming back to finish a few things for me and I'm looking forward to working with them again. These are the guys to use! I'll post photos one of these days!

I'll go ahead and start by saying that I wrote a lengthy email to the owner following the…read morecompletion of the exterior painting of my house with the goal of letting him know about my overall reaction to his work. I tried to paste that email here, but it was too long, so i'll summarize it below in a minute. Before I get there, the shocking matter is that the owner showed up at my house 4 hours after writing the email to confront me, telling me that I had plenty of time to tell him about the additional issues (it's been 23 hours...). While he was here, he said that my "f***ing house is a dump," and followed that with "you're a d**k, bro." I'm sure he'll respond to this post saying that's not what he said, but it all happened in front of my security camera, so it's hard to argue with a recording. The gist of the my email to him was that 1) the paint job looks pretty good (4/5) but that there were a few outstanding items that I had to handle (they took down the spot light and didn't replace it, the cable box was hanging off of the house, the touchups after I first raised an issue weren't completely done, and the paint chips were still scattered throughout the yard) - nothing crazy. I will also note that they did the job within a week of hiring, which was pretty cool. I then told him about 7 items that I found to be quite poor in terms of his operations: 1) They destroyed our garden with their feet and ladders even after advising that they stay out of it 2) When I told him two shingles needed to be added at the start of the job, they didn't do it - they just painted over the spots (note: they ended up replacing them after I flagged that it wasn't done right, and they look good). 3) Pat (owner) consistently failed to show up on time during the slots he said he would (3 times) 4) The price increased twice after he figured out they'd need to do more work (with no warning that this would be the case) 5) The crew was constantly smoking on the property 6) No one in his crew (himself included) wore a mask, including while talking to me while i was wearing one 7) Pat's communication is filled with expletives and slang - extremely unprofessional for a business owner. I told him all of this in a fact-based, unemotional manner, and said i'd give him a 3 for a review as a whole, which has now changed given his aggression and showing up on my property. As I write this, he continues to text me with aggressive rants about how my property wasn't safe for his crew (which he never mentioned - and if he thought it wasn't safe, he could have declined the job) and how i should have picked up after my animals so they didn't have to step in anything (which he never mentioned). To wrap - work product was pretty good - no argument there - but the owner and his handling of things was aggressive and incredibly unprofessional.

They are extremely helpful, as a local contractor Benedetto Painting I am in the store a lot, I see how they go above and beyond to help the everyday consumer who comes in with a lot of questions and not always knowing what there next step is and they are very helpful in so many ways. The quality of the work was beyond expectation, done in a timely manor and the house now looks pristine. Problem was that the factory sent the wrong size anchors even after I have them the depth of the foundation. Also, they were one shingle short for the roof ridge. I let them know within a day that they sent the wrong anchors and missing shingle. Today is August 12th and they sent one guy to install the anchors but didn't let him know about the missing shingle. It is just one shingle! Just got a call and they cannot send anyone till Aug. 23rd to put 1 shingle on. It shouldn't take nearly 1 month to install 1 shingle! I'm happy about the shed and communication with Michelle at Tuff Shed but the scheduling department needs to coordinate better with the install team and their customer.
