We purchased a brand new 2025 Honda HRV from this place, shelled out extra for an…read moreincreased warranty, and our car has had to have *two* repairs in the first six months of ownership. The first time, our engine wouldn't turn on and it was because rats had chewed through the wires. Apparently this is a known issue with Honda cars because they use soy-based plastic wiring. They quoted us over $6k to do the repair. Our insurance said that dealerships always overprice their repairs and they won't cover any repairs by dealerships for that reason. We went with a different auto repair shop, which quoted us over a thousand dollars less to do the repair. The second time, our rear windshield shattered for no reason. This is also a known issue with Honda HRV cars, but the dealership refused to cover it under warranty because they are only doing it for 2023 and 2024 cars. However, it's definitely a known issue because it's the same car and earlier models had the same issue. We have a six month old baby, which is why we bought the car. So thankful our baby was not in the car when the rear windshield shattered. We will never buy a Honda again.

Other automobile shops sent me an estimated invoice of over $5,000 for the AC alone and could not promise the problem to be fixed. WIth Sarris, less than half of the budget and all the problems fixed beautifully. Mr. And Mr. Sarris are genuine people who actually care about others. From several in person visits, I built a personal friendship with them. The guys that work there, Johnson and Andy are also genuine and bright people. They truly give you this feeling that you are welcomed and accepted there and they always find solution for you. I wasted thousands of dollars on my car until I met Sarris. Take this as a good suggestion, bring your car to Sarris if you need any help!

They are super fair, reliable and have not forced any unnecessary services onto me. They even sent me to Herb Chambers (which I really dislike) when a catalytic converter was broken. They told me that Mercedes extended the warranty on many of them, but of course won't tell their customers until they bring in the car. So unless Peter (the boss I think) had told me, I would not have known and probably paid for a new catalytic converter my self into their pocket. WOW - A trustworthy car repair shop.

The last 3 years have been a different story. Every time I bring my car in, prices are unreasonable, with added expenses we didn't discuss before service. I have to negotiate literally every time I bring my car in, and I leave feeling swindled consistently. To say this place has become a scam is an understatement. The prices are arbitrary, and they can never tell me what work was actually done on the car. I most recently dealt with Michael for car service. I dropped my car off at 9am and then reached out to Toyota to check in at 3:30pm because I hadn't heard anything. I got a receptionist, who said Michael had a line of customers at his desk and that he'd get back to me. I immediately received an automated text message to approve or deny a list of services (that were not the reason I needed service on that particular day), and they never even addressed my issue. I waited until 4pm to call back, nearing the end of the work day because I needed to pick up my car by close and I was nervous they now wouldn't have time to address my issue. They'd had the car already for 7 hours without actually addressing the issue, only for Michael to call me around 4:30pm to say they can't help me. More accurately, I was given two options, 1) Toyota cannot help me because I had work done with "aftermarket parts" (these parts were installed by Toyota when I purchased my car, mind you), so I'd have to bring my car elsewhere, or 2) They would charge me an indiscriminate amount to remove all the fully-functioning "aftermarket" parts because "maybe" it would get them one step closer to addressing my issue - no guarantee it would solve anything but I'd be charged a great deal more money, have functioning parts removed to potentially also cause more issues without necessarily solving the original issue. I asked if a third option was available, one that could have been a fairly simple fix - and one that was recommended by another Toyota Service Center as the first step in solving the problem, and he said he'd never heard of such a thing. I explained that I'd contacted this other Toyota, and they said to start with this third option. Michael said, "If that was an option, the service technician would've given it to [him]." I asked if he could check in with the technician, and he refused several times. When I brought this up upon collecting my unserviced vehicle, he claimed that "he's not racist, but the technician is Chinese and doesn't speak English," so it wouldn't have helped anyone even if he had asked about the third option as I requested. Michael then went on to charge me $149 for labor (not the full $199 he "should've" charged me, as he pointed out for me to be grateful), despite nothing being addressed or accurately diagnosed on my vehicle. When asked how long the vehicle was looked at and what exactly I was being charged for, Michael couldn't answer. After years of feeling disrespected at this location, this was my final straw. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere.

    This is a long overdue review of Scott. My wife and I have used Scott twice to replace her cars,…read moreand both times he delivered and surpassed our expectations. We were introduced to Scott by a colleague of mine who also used him and was happy with him. And we remain grateful for that introduction. Looking back, I can see that we continued using Scott for 4 primary reasons: 1- We trust him 2- We value his expertise 3- We enjoy working with him 4- We don't have time to handle getting new cars ourselves. We first used Scott in 2021. After reviewing what my wife wanted in her X5, he rightly advised that we go with a custom build. Scott handled everything from the negotiation of the deal to placing the order to finalizing the documents which we simply DocuSigned before the car was delivered to our home. Throughout the process, Scott tracked the progress of the car build and kept us updated, and my wife was extremely happy with the car she ended up with. Despite the car being a custom build, Scott was able to get it at 9K below MSRP at a time when car prices were already starting to get somewhat crazy. Scott's involvement didn't stop with the car delivery. The car had some tree sap on one of the mirrors, and he ensured the dealer took care of that as well. The second time we used Scott was toward the end of 2023. The last few months of 2023 were trying for us as a family with the loss of my father, then a close uncle, then our dog, and then my wife's stepfather. Those losses combined with our jobs made it difficult for us to work with Scott with much lead time. We ended up asking him to find my wife a 2024 X5 matching a specific build and he literally had days right before Christmas to do it. And he DID it. This time, the new car was again 8-9K below MSRP. And Scott again took care of handling everything from finding the car which he did in a weekend, to negotiating the deal, to finalizing the documents for us to DocuSign, and finally ensuring the car was delivered again to our home. With everything we had going on in our lives and our jobs, I can say without the shadow of a doubt that if it weren't for Scott, my wife would not have been able to get a new car by end of 2023. We highly recommend Scott, much like he was highly recommended to us. And we are grateful for his good nature and calm dealing with our constraints in 2023 because we know that couldn't have been easy for him. In a world where everything is inflated, Scott is one of the few exceptions where the value you receive far outweighs the fee you pay.

After a brief phone call, Scott was able to narrow down 2-3 cars that would be perfect for my needs. I literally did not have to leave my house one single time. As a nurse who works long hours, and primarily overnights, this was so helpful for me. Scott was very flexible with my schedule. The best part is that he is one of the nicest people, and you can immediately sense his passion for cars and for genuinely wanting to help people and make the car buying process as pleasant as possible. The price for Scott's services is extremely reasonable considering everything that he does for you. He will also make sure to get a very fair price for your car. Shopping for a car, especially a used one isn't exactly something someone looks…read moreforward to, but the experience I had at Newton Auto Group made it an easy process and one that had great results. I found the exact type of Jeep Wrangler I was looking for on their website for the right price and then set up time with Jade to look at the car. The car was perfect and it checked out in tip-top shape when I took it to an independent Jeep specialist. The real star of this story was Jade. He worked with me even though I was actually the one with the baggage. My bank was being pretty difficult to work with when it came time to arrange the financing. To make matters worse, I was leaving for a nice tropical vacation in two days and didn't have time to deal with endless paperwork. Jade arranged for basically the same great financing I had gotten with my bank with his preferred bank. Not only did he do that, but Jade also made sure to take care of the car while I was away on vacation. I came back a week later and all the insurance, registration, and safety inspection work had already been taken care of, all I had to do was hop in the car and drive away. What a great place: a nice selection of vehicles, trustworthy sales people, and an overall smooth process all around.
