Manny cleaned 4 rooms of carpeting and completed tile and grout cleaning on 450 sq. Feet. What an excellent job he did! He did not try to upsell me on any other services and was ON TIME!! Manny came out today to complete cleaning and stretching for 2 bedrooms in my home. I am completely shocked at how great it came out and for a very reasonable price. I wish I would have taken before and after photos I am amazed that they are the same carpets. Both rooms had 2 large wrinkles in the middle and the carpets had multiple stains, you would never know it now they look like new. I would highly recommend calling him to come out before you consider replacing carpet. The office is extremely professional and helpful as well. read more

We had our carpet cleaned and also repaired in several places. If I was just rating the cleaning, I would give them a 4 - I was happy with the cleaning and felt the price was fair. I will also say that the 3 guys who did the work for us were very professional. However, I'm rating them as a 2 because I was not happy with the quality of the repairs and I felt very ripped off by the price of them. I was also frustrated because when we booked the service we were told that we would be responsible for moving the furniture but when they got to our house to do the work they were shocked that all of the furniture had been moved. We spent hours over several days moving the furniture ourselves which was apparently wasn't necessary because it was included in the price and yet the price wasn't adjusted at all to make up for the labor that we saved them. I called to speak to the owner last Wednesday after he came out a second time to fix the repairs and was told if not that day, I would hear from him Thursday...I have yet to receive a phone call. read more
