Eric ''the owner'' does a very amazing job on the carpet inside my house...What he does is first looks at the carpet make sure nothing extra is needed then tells you what is needed based on his views of the carpet. Then he sprays the carpet with a chemical that smells like oranges but it does not smell bad at all then he cleans the carpet with the machine then after that he takes the carpet rake then rakes the carpet out to makes the carpet look new again. My family has had Eric as our carpet cleaner for the past year and really enjoy his service for what he does on our carpet.
