Not only were they able to do the delivery on short notice, but the associate who helped me was super helpful and pleasant. They sent me a text with a picture of the arrangement for approval and I actually asked if they could make some changes. They took care of my request no problem and then in a very timely fashion, delivered the flowers to the address I provided. The arrangement was beautiful. I am forever grateful for Amore Dolce coming thru for me when other would not.

I wrote a note saying I will pick up the order at 11:30a. The next day I drove to the florist shop and arrived at the hotel only to find that they had cancelled my order and had notified me via email two hours before my pick up time. The florist said they were booked with a wedding and were unable to fulfill my order. I was unable to find an alternative with such short notice and showed up to my event empty handed. UPDATE: it has been 13 days since I placed my order with this company and have yet to receive my refund. When I tried to call the phone number provided, it's a Google voice number that no one picks up. I sent two emails and there has been zero communication. This company stole $500 from me. However, I wanted to check this flower shop out especially with its unique mural and charming entrance. Alex was talking with a few folks when he came over and asked me what I was looking for. There were a few roses readily on display as well as some in the refrigerated room. During our discussion, I decided on a budget of $50 and was able to work within that limit. After picking out the roses, he talked through which additional flowers and leaves for the overall arrangement. Overall, Alex worked fast and did a great job assembling everything beautifully. Best of all, my parents were happy with the results. That's a seal of approval in my book.
