Absolutely devastated. I understand sometimes things happen, but this was definitely a disaster. I started communicating with Ivette maybe three weeks prior to my grandmother's funeral held at Rose Hills. I settled on a heart shaped wreath, paid for it via Venmo and even followed up a few days prior to the funeral to make sure everything was a OK. Fast forward to the funeral, I walk in and everyone's flowers are there except for mine. I was absolutely heartbroken. I texted, called, spoke with everyone possible to find out where the hell these flowers were. They were nowhere to be found and the ceremony had already started. Finally, I got ahold of her after multiple phone calls. I had to literally run out half way to take the call. She told me that the driver started their delivery at 10:20 AM for an 11 o'clock ceremony. We have no idea where anything went and Rose Hills went back-and-forth, trying to communicate, and find out where the flowers were. I literally spent part of the ceremony worrying about these flowers instead of being focused on what was going on. No one could give me an answer. At first Ivette told me that the driver had already dropped off the flowers. Upon speaking with Rose Hills, they said they had not gotten anything. Ivette then told me that she was not able to get a hold of the driver. After all was said and done, the ceremony ended, and the flowers did not arrive. Ivette did text me a photo of my flowers so I do know she did indeed make them. I understand that this seems to be a driver issue, but as Rose Hills did mention, the number one thing that all the drivers do is take a photo to confirm to the customer and to the business that the flowers were indeed delivered and received. She did mention that she would refund my money, but this is just based on principle at this point. She had said that she delivered many times to Rose Hills. At this point honestly, don't know what happened or what the story is. read more

I need flowers for a funeral. I called this florist on Sunday, needed a nice arrangement for the next day. The girl that helped me was super helpful. She asked me to send her pics of what I wanted, she gave a price right away. I told her to please make sure they got delivered to the correct funeral home. She told me not to worry, she said she would send me a picture of the arrangement before it got delivered. She also sent me a picture of the text receipt. The arrangement was beautiful! The best priced florist in the area. I called around to at least 6 different other stores and asked the same question, "How much for a wrapped bouquet of a dozen roses with baby's breath?" I was given prices that ranged from $30 to as high as 59$. This place was the lowest. Their roses are quality, with a deep red color and the buds barely starting to open. They also have a supply of various other colors, including the harder to find purple and blue, even rainbow. Remarkably, their purple roses, which appear quality, are the same price as their red roses. I used to go to a different florist for purple roses specifically, because they were so hard to find, but they were almost always nearly double the price of red roses. I only have a few concerns about the place. The wrapping technique is not the best, but it is sufficient. The distribution/positioning of flowers within the bouquet is also uneven, but still nice to look at. Lastly, their blue roses are not a deep blue, and appear cheaper than their other colored roses. Overall, I would still recommend this place. Just keep these things in mind. read more
