But, once I was assigned someone, she was very helpful and had lots of suggestions. The website is a bit clunky, but still helpful rooting through the thousands of combinations and patterns. They have some standard tiles and patterns in stock, but most orders and all custom blends are made to order and require some lead time. We ended up choosing some gorgeous rhomboid tiles and borders from United Tile after endless searching through other providers. I was able to check-out some samples to take home and could return them to United Tile or our contact at Contract Furnishing Mart, which saved me the drive.

It was too small of a job for most countertop places to do without me buying an entire slab. Places that can sell by the sq foot like Home Depot had sq footage minimums and were booked more than two months out. So for months my cabinets were semi-unusable with no countertops on while the sight of the mess kept grating on my nerves. Anyone whose lived in a never ending house project can understand. On a whim, I decided to go to ZC as it popped up on my most recent Google maps search. I called first since the website said no job is too small - a sentiment that hasn't proven to be true in other places. Gloria took down my measurements and immediately said that it wouldn't be a problem and to come by when I had time. I was there within the hour, picked out a beautiful quartz that was more than fairly priced, and had install schedule for two days afterwards! Not only did the installer arrive promptly, Gloria kept in contact via text to let me know within half an hour of his arrival and checked in with me afterwards. Not only was the installer prompt, he was speedy, tidy, and efficient. I also appreciated that he follows current COVID precautions without needing to be asked. He was in and out within an hour and half, extremely polite. And his caulking was immaculate! I still pinch myself when I pass by my laundry room each time since it looks so beautiful now. And most importantly, it's complete and done! I wish I had more countertop needs in this house, I would go back to work with Gloria at ZC in a heartbeat. Each time my experience with Kari has been very pleasant and enjoyable. She called to see how my dad liked the new carpet in his room. I've also worked with Sabrina in the showroom who was equally as pleasant and wonderful to deal with. They schedule Aaron to take measurements of the room. He's been on time and very helpful. They've been very accommodating to install on my very specific schedule. They have a nice showroom with lots of samples to choose from. The install crew has been equally as professional, experienced, and wonderful to work with. They are so efficient and clean up when they leave. Their superstar install crew are Tyler, Jon, and Kevin. Within 6 months, the floor started crumbling apart it took 3 months of calling before they sent someone out to look at the floor and said it was water damage. So they don't have to repair so we had another company come a few months later to remodel the kitchen when they took Up the floor, it wasn't even attached to the subfloor. The subfloor was dry with no water damage. Today, they had the nerve to call me and say they would redue the floor for half price BS I would never have them do any work for me ever. They called after a year to make me a deal . NO Way , would I ever recommend them to anyone. Buyer Beware
