We worked with Greg, as our project manager for a medium sized bathroom remodel. The job included new quartz counter for existent customer vanity, new marmoleum floor install and a full room subway tile wainscoting. Greg managed the scheduling of the three pieces of work and all communications. We were quoted pricing up front and all the work was scheduled and completed per the schedule we received up front. All that is great - but it means nothing if the end product is crap. I'm happy to report everything exceeded our expectations. There is not a day that goes by where we don't feel grateful. The contractors we met were very respectful of our home and COVID protocols. We will come back to Classique and have referred them multiple new clients since our work was completed in the Spring of 2021. read more

Worst experience ever. I agree with DB (below). Call and spoke with someone who said she was the owner. Told her I had two jobs I needed done before the holiday and could they accommodate and she said yes. Connected me with a sales lady. She and an estimator came out to both sites, measured, assured me there would be no problem. Both bids came only after I called, one I had to call for 3x, both were for the wrong wood, prices very inflated, sales person misled us throughout. Then told us she couldn't get it done before the holidays. Is that because it took her 3 1/2 weeks to get us a bid or because they only have one person doing their flooring. Either way, we ended up contracting with someone else. Won't ever be going back to Classique again! Ever. DB 6/22/2017 I should probably give them one star, but I am feeling a bit generous. This is arguably one of the most overpriced, disorganized, and unresponsive groups I have had the misfortune to work with. I had to call them repeatedly to get the project going and my calls and emails would frequently go completely ignored. They offered tired excuses and no accountability. Didn't even make it past the bid! This is my letter to classique in its entirety "Classique" I would first like to thank you for taking the time to come out to give such an estimate. I have a much different opinion of classeque then before. As you are aware I have a bit of knowledge to the flooring industry as well as family history with classique as my father always held judith in very high regards, almost as family. Although with that said i am not sure if i should be offended or humored by the challenges to address throughout your concept of a competitive bit. Perhaps your intention was in fact to eliminate any possibility of working with us to start with. Of course if that were to be the case, you succeeded. Although as a courtesy I am compelled to share with you my concerns, knowing my dad would have never represented a company that left customers in such distaste. For starters I was a bit offended to your email titled "Any decisions yet" I found it less then professional, not only in tact but in less then a week of receiving your bid. It seemed more like a pressured car sales tactic rather then a higher class of personal service. And though I am pretty confident in my observation as well as my knowledge of the standard classeque expects from there installers your inflated prices are not justified. I would venture to believe even a fool would know the difference between a solid, realistic bid from a company they can trust asside from one in which charges $945 in trip fees alone Which from doorstep to doorstep is a total of 37 miles. As well as the feeling of being robbed blind for the inflated prices of materials alone. For example backer board, your cost $356 a 200 percent up charges​. (which we just paid and had delivered for $162... ) Certainly my expectations from classique were to be higher then others, but not insultingly of bad taste. I have since found another company we will be doing our business with. Tell judith, she will have plenty to talk about on her cruise, with Debra. She was more then understanding and extremely helpful to work with us. Treated us more like family. Sadly I am relieved my dad wasn't here to feel ethe slap in the face by classique. I recently had 2 rooms of carpet installed by Classique Floors. I was not happy with the customer service, so I gave them a bad review. To my amazement the owner Judith H checked into all of my complaints, and actually called me to discuss them. One by one she went through them with me. Our main problem was the lack of customer service. After my issues were discussed I hung up with a very good feeling about Classique Floors. Had a GREAT experience working with Classique Floors!! I was on a time crunch a few months ago and they were available on my timeline. I went in to check out the store, met with Carly and she was amazing. She helped me pick out a bunch of different samples, came to my home the next day and took measurements. I ended up getting African Fire laminate in my front room and carpeting in my bedrooms and attic. I initially wanted laminate in the bedrooms, but during the visit Carly noted that my bedroom floors curved up so it would be impossible to install laminate. Really appreciated Mark's attention to detail and patience with pricing our hard wood floor - big job and went with Acacia which was a lot of $$$$. We didn't go with them, but the only reason was technicalities and our personal time crunch - we really trusted and appreciated Mark's bid, details of house inspection, help with material selection and details of caring for these. We learned a lot. I think if we had not been pressed for time and already behind schedule, we would have gone with these folks. Beside Acacia, we saw our favorite Oak floor and got the best COMPLETE price here. We plant to go back here for future projects. read more

Great customer service! I worked with Megan G. on getting a quartz countertop & backsplash installed for my kitchen and was really pleased with how everything went from start to finish. This was the first renovation I had ever done but she walked me thru the entire process and managed to line up some high-quality installers for my countertop and even a handyman to install the corbels for my bar top. I was also really impressed with the tile installer, Pasha from Star Tile--high quality work, great attention to detail, and he even gave me the remaining tiles in case something needs to be replaced in the future. Don't waste your $50 for a bid. This place is extremely over priced for their installation cost. We wanted LVT (100 sf.) installed in a master bath and sheet vinyl in a small bath and laundry room (70sf total). The cost was just over $3,600! 2/3's of this was for labor. Went to Home Depot and got a bid of $1,800 for water proof luxury vinyl flooring installed in the same 3 rooms. read more

I received excellent service and installation in July 2011. We'd needed a new kitchen floor for some time and I'd done a little online looking over the years but after we ordered a new stove and dishwasher (with a 10 day wait for the stove to get in stock), it suddenly became a priority. Suzanne came to our house within 48 hours of being asked, brough a bunch of samples and a lot of information. She listened to us and wasn't afraid to give opinions (I hate it when a salesperson acts like everything they have it perfect for me) while being respecful of my opinion. I was clear price WAS an object. She told me the timetable we'd need to have if we wanted the floor installed and able to have appliances put on on a certain date, she gave us a firm bid for our 2 top choices of product within 3 hours and gave me LOTS of ideas for selecting the exact color in time for the installation. For budget reasons, we pulled out the old floor but the subfloor was more damaged than expected. The installer suggested he patch prior to installation. The price for his work was very reasonable and he worked all day Sunday (the patches had to dry overnight) so we could have the floor down for 36 hours before the Tuesday delivery. I love our floor and that doesn't hurt the great review for Classique floors, but the real reasons for this review is how quickly they pulled together, how considerate they were, and how much it seemed like they both really cared about us getting our floor done in time. Ken Pettit, Flooring Installation Supervisor, has been a rock star! We've had issues with an insurance-paid product that was defective, and Ken walked us through the months-long process. He was SO patient with my questions, kind about the needs of my husband and me for help with furniture moving, and provided knowledgeable help with technical questions. The installers, Santiago, Angelo & Paulino were so clean....I've never had such thorough construction clean-up. Santiago researched the best cleaning techniques for me, explained the care for the transitions. We also used Classique to redo our master bedroom, which had 7-year carpet that had gone a shameful 15; Ken made sure we got the exact product which matched our other two bedrooms. We are all human and errors happen, but the most important thing is how the company deals with it. There was a typo in ordering the color for the vinyl floor ordered. It was a beautiful floor but did not complement any of the finishes for the kitchen update we were doing. Appliances were to be delivered in two business days and we were listing the home for sale at the end of the week. Larry from Classique flooring stepped up and was able to install a new floor the following business days prior to the appliance installation. So appreciated the attention that was given to find a good solution to "fix" the problem. I would definitely use them again. read more

We wandered into Classique Floors last Saturday which happened to be their Annual Sale where everything was marked down 15% or more. At first we thought it was likely a gimmick (sorry to be so cynical). But it turned out it was the real deal. Complete with a spin the wheel for goodies, snacks, drinks, and cookies! Our sales person was Carly and she was awesome. We explained that we were shopping for replacement tile in a small bathroom. We didn't want vinyl and wanted to coordinate with the existing tile in the bathroom as best as possible since it was not in our budget to remodel the entire bath right now. Carly was very understanding of our budget and what might match well. She helped us look at all kinds of options for us in our price range. We found one we liked and she wrote up the estimate. But I was not 100% sure. So we left to shop around more. During our shopping that day, we found another tile at another store I liked better but thought I recalled seeing this same product at Classique. I called Carly because Classic was just so awesome to ask if she could get the same tile. She said I'll check and call you back - which she did almost immediately. She was able to get the exact same tile for me and also since it was their sale day I got 20% off! As I hung up the phone, I thought could it really have been that easy? I felt like we pushed the easy button at Staples! I'm sold...they will always be my first stop. FYI - their price was LESS than Lowes on the same product by almost 1/2. The owners should be very proud! What an awesome place...if you're on the other side of town make the drive - it's worth it! read more

With our recent kitchen makeover we discovered a countertop option to granite or Quartz at a fraction of the cost and the same great look. The sign of a good company is that they have good products at a good price. A sign of an excellent company is how they respond when there is an issue with their product or service. We've purchased carpeting and laminate flooring from Classique and both experiences were positive. The laminate floor had issues because we installed it in a basement and Classique floors had to come out twice after install because the floor swelled and then there were moisture issues. The staff at Classiqie are wonderful. They are knowledgable, professional, on time, honest and they are committed to providing complete customer satisfaction. I have more rooms that need flooring and after working with Classique, i wouldn't even consider shopping anywhere else. read more

This is the ONLY place in Oregon to purchase a floor, pure and simple!!! The customer service is fantastic, and I can guarantee that they totally stand behind their products and installation. We purchased a floor from Classique a couple of years ago. We decided on this company because of the reviews, and the fact that they use their own installers. If you go to a "big box" store, you will not be working with one company and definitely will not get the same customer service and guarantees. After we chose our floor, and after Mark Herron had come to our home to help us make a decision, we purchased a floor and set an installation date. When the date arrived, the installer was by himself due to an injury of his helper. There were issues from the beginning but I will cut it short for this review. Judith and Mark came to our home to inspect the work and the floor and agreed there were issues with the product as well as the installation. After they did lots of research, they determined we needed a new floor. I could not believe that they were willing to replace and redo the entire job, but they did. We did decide to purchase another floor which was more expensive, and not available at the time of our original purchase, but we only paid the difference between the two. Classique redid the entire job with different installers, who were magnificent!!!! It was totally an unbelievable experience. Judith and Mark never once made us feel that we were at fault in any way, and they had such a great attitude about it that it was amazing. Unfortunately we probably won't be purchasing any more new flooring because they basically did the entire house. But if we ever need another floor, Classique Floors will be the only place we would consider. And I tell everyone I know about it, and want to tell all of you. Please don't waste time shopping around or trying to make a decision between companies, just go directly to Classique Floors!!!!! read more

I recommend Classique Floors. The are very friendly and keep you informed as things are coming together. They brought more samples to the house for us to see. The people that laid the floor were very nice and took every precaution not to cause any damage to other floors, counters, etc. They cared a lot that what they did was done right and looked the way you wanted. We did have a delay with the flooring we ordered being shipped; not by Classique. We had a bathroom cabinet that had to be removed from the bathroom and then reinstalled. Classique recommended a plumber to help with that and they did very nice work. The flooring people came back to do the finish up in a timely manner. I recently had an old oak hardwood floor refinished. I left for 10 days to allow sufficient time to do the job correctly. When I walked in I found baseboard tore up and hair and dirt under the sealant. The work manager was notified and promptly showed up, and said, "That board should never have gone back up". Ok, then why didn't the manager review the work before the customer returned? I was able to get the baseboard repaired and some of the hair/dirt corrected after two attempts, but gave up. Since then, I have noticed that in areas the flooring was not sanded properly and there are some waves in the hallway. Furthermore, I have two dogs which have scratched the flooring in many places already. I keep their nails ground down, but you can only go so far with that. I made a point to address the dogs before the work and was told that the finish would protect against the dogs and most of the time when scratches do appear it is because the sealant was not allowed to dry long enough before walking on. Definitely not the case here. read more

Because of allergies, we needed to replace all of our carpet with 1200 sq ft of a different type of flooring. On our first visit to the store we were assisted by Carly who showed us the numerous options available. She was very personable, knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. We were surprised that we were allowed to take large samples of flooring home to give us a better idea of how a particular design would look. Once we decided on a product, Megan came to our home to take measurements. We were very impressed with her knowledge and ability to answer our many questions. Once we received our estimate from Megan we decided to go ahead and purchase our floors from Classique Floors. We selected a date for installation and several times before the installers came, we requested some changes and Megan was so patient and worked with us without any hassles. The installers arrived on June 6, a day of record breaking heat and started the 3 day carpet removal and new floor installation. Our condo is on the second floor and it was hot with the need to have the doors open so the workers could go in and out. The next day June 7 was again a day of record heat. Finally on June 8, the installers arrived at 8:15 am and worked nearly non stop until completing the job at 9:30 pm. The installers were wonderful did a beautiful job and we are so glad Megan was able to get them for us. Today we woke up and were in awe of our new floors. Thank you Megan and we are very pleased we purchased our new floors from Classique Floors. read more
