The problem is we didn't know we had to exchange the old for a new for it to be covered through Moore. Which isn't their fault! We had bought a water heater from HD, then called to get it credited. However, Moore Supply kindly told us they can't do that. Oh well for us. Friendly customer service though!

A forewarning, if you do buy tools, try to buy it new here rather than refurbished. It's a price difference of $100 and for equipment that is $$$$, thats not the greatest value. Overall an ok place to go if you need to replace washers, dryers, stoves, or refrigerator/freezer.

Sam came out in March and three trips later and $453.44 later, my LG washer was fixed. He told me…read morethat he replaced the drain pump motor (which didn't fix the problem, so that prompted the next two visits). The main problem here is that 9 months later, the washer had trouble again, but this time I called another company and they advised me that I needed a new drain pump motor. I explained that I just had one put on in March. They took the old one off and showed me that it had a date of 2007, they felt it was the original part (machine was bought in Jan. 2008). I contacted Sam and he said that he had a receipt where he had purchased the drain pump. He also advised me that he was not responsible for the part that his distributor sells, I guess he feels that he can put just any part on the machine and we have to be ok with it. Maybe that is why he only offers a 30 day warranty on his parts. The company I used last time offers a year warranty on parts. I won't use Fort Worth's Appliance Repair again and suggest you check everything out before you do.

They had sent a guy out to fix it and so I was okay with that I thought maybe that would be the end of it. Then some months later that same machine went out and didn't wash clothes anymore. I had it replaced completely since I still had my 6 month warranty with Jenkins Appliance and so I again thought that would be the end of it. Well about 6 months later after getting the original washer replaced the second washer no longer washes either, the customer service is good, but the washers they sell are not. In about a year two of their washers they sent me have broken down and no longer wash and now with it out of warranty I am left with a broken down washer.
