The last time I spoke to their phone girl named Melody, she was actually rude to me regarding the third scheduled visit because the time they had didn't work for me after they rearranged their schedule to fit me in, she forgot they stood me up twice before. The owner himself called me with zero customer service skills whatsoever. I highly recommend looking somewhere else for a credible appliance repair shop who shows warmth and kindness and above all punctuality. By the way they schedule you with a 3hr window and you have to make sure you are ready but more than likely they won't be. Not a good value.

Jacob gave clear instructions on troubleshooting and came back a few days later to check for leaks - then when he arrived, he told us it seemed like a random overflow issue and said no parts needed to be replaced. It would have been very easy for him to charge us for a part and I'd never know the difference! Our service fee would go toward a repair in the next three months if it does turn out something is leaking. He was professional, communicative, and very sweet with my dogs!

They sale high end appliances that have a thirst for identity and reputation, yet they do cost a bit more, tho they last a LOT longer. The owner, who we dealt with directly, is great. So helpful and patient. It's a great place. We did spend almost $700 on a high end stick vacuum, but it is super powerful and works better than any $200 vacuum at Walmart. We've also brought off brand vacuums here for cleaning, they don't care what brand it is, they will clean it and work on it. It's very much worth a visit.

Sup peeps? Happy Holiday season to all of you. We are closing out yet another year in our lives…read more Lets finish this year strong, and be in the right mind space for the new year ahead. So my lawn mower was making a strange sound. He said something was wrong with the mower. He, being my lawnmower (my son, he is my lawnmower.. hahahahaa.). He said the machine that cuts the grass was sounding funny. Broke out Yelp to see who you ladies and gents recommend. Well you didn't have anyone local to me in Hurst, but in a nearby city, Grapevine. Called ahead to find out the particulars. Sounded reasonable and family owned. Drove out, was given an estimate on parts and labor. Was thinking if it costs more than a new mower, will donate it on Nextdoor. Nope. She told me what parts would cost, and a service that included oil change, blade sharpening and fix the broken items. Came out way ahead. Um, 3 weeks turn around though. But they had a bazillion customer mowers out front in intake and outbound, so I expected it, and had a back up mower ready, and a lawn service I call time to time when I just feel like giving my son a rest. 3 weeks pass, I get a call on the exact day. Mower is ready. Drive out, mower starts one pull, no noise, looking like a new mower ready to cut some grass. paid my moolah, they loaded it up for me, and I could not have been more pleased. So thanks to the awesome family that owns and operates Gary's for offering honest service at a value. Not common these days to find one of those, let alone both. Also, thanks to you Yelpers that posted great reviews. One of you, Mark W. gave me a heads up on the turn around time, so even at 3 weeks, I wasn't caught off guard and knew what to expect. Not many small engine repair shops in business with mowers and such being made to throw away these days, and to buy a new one is usually cheaper than repairing. We live in a disposable society, we ourselves create and perpetuate. So I expect those few in business will be swamped and take more time to get to me. Andrew was amazing---yes, simply amazing. We have a GE Double Oven that showed a F35 Code. I went…read moreonline, saw how to fix it, got the control board, replaced it...... and the same code!!. I gave up and called him by his google reviews(all 5 star). He came, diagnosed and put a new board in the oven....and we got the same F35 Code. I resigned that the oven was now scrap. He went home and studied the manual, yes actually study the manual. He figured out that the oven had the control boards switched because a place with a capacitor that was suppose to have 6 pins had 7. He investigated this detail, got the other board, came back and replace the actual defective board(that was not obvious with the way the code was reading). IT is FIXED and not on the way to the dump. I have never had person due that much work to solve the problem. He added nothing to the overall cost and was happy he was able to fix it. We thanked him for his diligence and then gave paid him above his price to show our appreciation for saving us so much money.
