Sheila and Kyle in the leasing office are always extremely professional, helpful, and welcoming. Whenever a maintenance issue pops up, Brian and Joe respond incredibly fast and get everything fixed perfectly.The apartment size is great and offers a very functional, comfortable layout that fits my needs perfectly. It's sad how everything has depreciated since the Pandemic in the United States. I lived at Mansfield Meadows from 1996 thru 2001. It was quiet apartment complex including the area. I was thinking of returning to the complex. However, I am shocked of the latest reviews on the property. The first question that comes to mind is, has the property changed management companies? I have lived in a complex for eighteen years, similar to Mansfield Meadows and we hove gone through three property management companies. We experience the same issues from Smoking in the Hallways, Servicing Cars in the Parking Lot, Tenants expressing their aggression in public. An awful management staff who does not communicate and also failed to provide information in regards to withheld funds from our security deposit when we moved out. Attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful and they do not comply with Massachusetts law in regards to move outs and your security deposit based on this. The units are also falling apart, which is why we got out of there. Leaks almost every month somewhere in the building on top of other issues. The maintenance team does their best, but these units are old and between the outrageous rents and poor office staff experiences, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. read more

Well I don't have a YouTube video but I decided to show in pictures the things that I have requested tickets on or whatever it is called that you come and fix things I need a ticket for I have no controller for the AC I'm sure you have many extras I remember the windows still getting painted two days before the inspector came and then I remembered why because water comes up through that wall from the air conditioner that's why I got painted the thing that was in the bathroom that needed to be fixed immediately said the inspector was done so poorly and with such a big gap that I will probably get cut again wondering what the outcome was with the dog incident training the dog I'm trained in the building that's why I wanted to get the same insurance company you have with all the children in this building and all the people with dogs and none of my trained do you know how it is out here do you know that when the tenants are arguing with each other and tackling down at the office they actually get turned more against each other I will send pics thank you it would be great if someone could get back to me read more

It's a decent place to live but they absolutely will not repair anything. My weak shower was made worse by the repair men and then I was told, "It's fine." The soap door inside my dish washer doesn't open during a cycle. This is a brand new washer so the part should be under warranty. A repair man came by to look at it and left a note essentially saying, "You're right, it's broken." Don't expect to get anything repaired. read more

I can't believe others have left such bad reviews! I've lived here for just under 2 years and have had little to no problems. Management and maintenance is always friendly and prompt in responding to requests (not that we have had to submit many). The apartments are good sized and upgraded. Definitely a good value for the price. They do raise the rent a little bit every year, however, there have been upgrades such as new windows and updated laundry facilities. I do wish the pool wasn't so strict, and the buildings could use a few more washers and dryers. read more

We're coming up on living here for one year, and we are leaving. There is a very nice maintenance man, but besides that, not much else is very good about this place. The pool hours are terrible, and it's only open for 3 months and it didn't open on time because it was broken. The plowing is horrendous in the winter and I didn't just have to shovel my car out, I had to shovel five feet of slush out in front of my car to get the car out because the plow does one quick sweep. We have horrible neighbors and it seems that no one cares if anyone respects the "no smoking" complex we live in. Our hallway always reeks of tobacco and our other neighbors are always screaming and swearing at their children. The windows leak and make the windowsills get moldy! For our first two months here we couldn't get hot water in the shower, but they did install a new hot water boiler. There are not enough washers and dryers. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a resident here for about two years now. When signing my lease I was told tons of lies and promises by the leasing agent. About two months into my lease, a large amount of mold began to grow in my bathroom. It was removed after about a week and since then I've had about 5 work orders put in over the mold and after a week it grows right back. I had a massive leak in my kitchen coming from an upstairs apartments shower due to the terrible conditions of the building. Also the walls are PAPER thin. You can hear anything your neighbors are doing. I have tons of pictures of the mold and the leaks and the nasty holes they had to put in my walls just to fix their terrible problems. Stay far far away from this apartment complex it's not worth half of the money they ask for. I was offered a new apartment after about a year and a half of nonsense but I figure just finish my lease and leave this disgusting excuse for a living environment. The only good thing Mansfield meadows posses is it's location (which is why I even stayed in this dump) and their maintenance employee Pablo. Pablo is great with everything it's sad he's stuck with such a bad place to work for! Do not move here you'll regret it dearly! read more

I have lived here for about 3 years......I would give this property negative stars if I could. I stayed because my kids were going to the local schools. I did live here with my best friend 30 years ago and it is still the same! For 12 apartments in one building there are one dryer and two washers.....so that's fun when doing your laundry it takes all day because it takes all day. They did build a new office building which as residents we don't benefit from. There is a fitness center which has barely any equipment and there is a "conference" room which as a resident you can RENT if you need a big room for a birthday etc. The inside of the swimming pool was peeling they fixed it but it is peeling again. There is ALWAYS problems with the water.....I had a pipe burst in my apartment, it has shut off while I had soap in my hair, the water is just off, or they have to shut it down for the day. What makes me angry is that they jack up the rent $50 per year and they do nothing for the buildings I.e. More washer and dryer, replace carpet in the hallways of the buildings, paint does wonders......I can't wait to leave here. Don't ever live here. The maintenance staff are super nice and very attentive other than that this property has nothing going for it. There is a new building for the property manager and secretary to work out of. My daughter did a "ride along" with a Mansfield police officer last year for a criminal justice class and he said this property is not safe. It is suppose to be smoke free....NO ONE enforces this.....they put up signs for stop smoking classes. Neighbors are very loud.....loud music as if you are in the front row of a concert at the Xfinity center!!!! This happens during the week at 3am. They did replace Windows which was suppose to take 1 day. So I had to put my cats at a boarding facility. It took 2 days....no sorry for the inconvenience or compensation for the extra cost of boarding. Don't live here! read more
