I told him I wasn't expecting to do the filling today and would rather reschedule, and he became angry.He pulled the bib off me, slammed it into the garbage, and stalked out of the room without saying a word. I got up, went to the front desk and said I wasn't prepared leaving and wouldn't be back. His behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

No dr, no exam to pay for! Just a cleaning. They recently changed to a four day work week which is great for workers but inconvenient for those also working a four day work week. A business like this needs a rotating four day schedule for the workers that way they're open 5 days a week. Makes way more sense as a business to me unless you're simply trying to keep your overhead down. I know several people who won't be able to go here anymore as they no longer offer Friday appointments. Smile rewards is no longer worth it unless you haven't been to the dentist in a decade and need a ton of work done.
