I wasn't bloated and it almost look like I didn't get my teeth taken out because everything was done the right way. Dr. Maguire was my surgeon and he was terrific. I am scared when it comes to needles but he made it painless and quick! I got prescribed pain meds right away and now I can move and talk just fine! Today they are also running behind. It would be nice if they had some type of system to let me know how late they are running because I usually come in during my lunch break. The quality is worth the wait, but it is kind of annoying if you have multiple kids. I appreciate how they never use metal fillings. I like how there are TVs on the ceilings and the kids get to pick a Netflix show of their choice while their teeth are being cleaned. I like how the kids are given sunglasses to wear when being examined under the bright light. I like it. There are extra staff available to assist with x-rays. My kids enjoy the coins they earn and the prize machine they give out fun toothbrushes with popular characters on them. My kids all enjoy coming to the dentist, even if they have a cavity.

Doctor came in and noticed the loose tooth and asked if they could " just remove it and get it over with". I agreed thinking it was no big deal and wouldn't cost anything, and that is how they perceived with the question. Doctor to a paper towel and removed the tooth with zero evert and zero pain to my child. Weeks later a bill came in the mail with an over $200 dollar balance for a tooth extraction fee. I was going to pull that tooth my self in the coming days and not worry about anything, but the Dentist sounded like he should pull it to make things easier during the cleaning. Just watch out with this place, they will charge you for every little thing, we have been fighting this for years now and they are threating to send us to collections over pulling a very loose tooth with a paper towel. When asked if she or someone else from their office could call my husband as the insurance was through them I was asked if I was divorced? Extremely unprofessional. We won't be back.

Thrilled to be leaving after 3 years with them for a much more accommodating pediatric dentist. Also of note, the actual dentist here is not very warm with children, and makes parents feel as if they are ruining their children's teeth if they eat any snack that is not a raw carrot.
