I walked in today for a fill and to have a nail fixed, the tech didn't even put a new fake tip on the nail she was fixing (not to mention she just used a tip to take off the old nail stressing I "just relax" when it was digging into my nail bed) & clearly left the nails totally different lengths since she didn't cut down the others or put a new tip on. the lady was rushed and rude, asking if i've ever even been here before when the set I have on is originally from here. I have been going here for awhile because it's convenient. They can always get you in, but they are so rushed. I have been telling them the last five times my nails keep chilling the day after and I have to come back. Here I am again nails done yesterday and all chipped up. The place is very clean. A liner was out in the foot bath that covered the whole thing and I noticed that the used tools went into a box labeled used tools while the other was labeled tools. My leg wax was a bit patchy but I did go in with a ton of hair on my legs. My pedicure was fantastic! My biggest complaint would be the injury to my cuticles on my fingers. I've got two open wounds on two different fingers. I'm thrilled overall though due to getting my flimsy fingernails thickened with products to prevent the bending, cracking, and breaking that they do normally. I went in for a full set of acrylics on my toes and asked for the acrylic i had on my big toes to be soaked off and redone and the rest of my toes could be filled in. She didn't remove the acrylic she shaved it down and filled it like the rest of the toes.I needed it fully removed because i have only partial toenails on my big toes. then I asked for pink base acrylic so i could do french tip she did white instead. I then told her i no longer want the french tip. She started filing my toes catching my big toe on her glove and pulling it up by the time i was leaving the toenail was pulled up completely , i complained to the front and she told then i hit it myself and that's why it was pulled up. They offered me $12 off for it. In the end i still had to pay $60 for a service i didn't want and no toenail. read more

I have been stalking Mansion's IG page since the summer. I live in Texas but the staff at Mansion doesn't compare to anyplace I've been in Texas. I loved the ambiance and overall experience. I wish I took more pictures. The chairs in the pedicure area were EVERYTHING!-comfortable with great massage options. The pedicure chairs are important to me as I am tall and usually have to sit uncomfortably but these chairs allowed me to sit comfortably. Johnny did my nails and he is an amazing artist. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he put his spin on it to make my hands look amazing. I say he made my hands look amazing because Johnny took his time and shaped my nails to fit/match my fingers. Whenever I visit Wichita I will be stopping in. She took off my old toenail polish off with a drill, and cut my 2 toes up really bad... they took over 3 weeks to heal!!! I told her once they healed I would come back, she said "No Problem " Also as soon as I left my right big toe mail broke off and looked awful! she didn't even clean under my toenails or scub my feet.....The lady I called and texted the owner, she said come back please and we will make it right!!!! Lack of communication to new client that knew nothing of services or offered. Did not disclose prices until after work was done and went to pay. The total did not match what was quoted for what service was requested and then took 1st time customer discount away also. Had a reservation with a friend and they never even put us close to visit! THEY USE MMA MONOMER, BEWARE. MMA has been illegal for decades, do a quick search on it. It is terrible for your nails and health. Aside from that, and the obvious lack of cuticle work and tearing off my previous set with a nail tip rather than sanding and soaking, (which I asked about) the end result looked just like what I wanted and had showed to the tech. All in all, I will not be going back, my nails are badly damaged and regardless of end results, it's not worth my nail health and integrity. Side note, they do not use clean or fresh tools. They reuse sanding bands and drill bits, hand files and are not the best at hygiene. Do with this review what you will. I know most people will continue to go there anyway because they're cheap. I have been a loyal customer but no longer. This place has no respect for peoples time. They will schedule you an appointment but not write it down or honor it. I had a 2 o'clock appointment and when I came in you could Cleary see the guy didn't have any clue, he told me they would be right with me but an hour later still didn't get to me, instead they took walk ins ahead of me. They even lie to everyone that walks in on how long it will be just to get them to stay. After waiting 30 minutes every walk in that came in and asked if they had time they would say "yes, sit down, just 15 minutes " knowing they would be there over an hour before getting help. This isnt the first time this has happened to me but I'm finally done. I have been a few times, the women are typically nice and the place is really cute. However, when I returned and they were taking my nail dip off they said I would be charged $5 extra because I didn't get my nails done there last time. So I asked if the process is different if it's from another aal, and she told me no. Essentially charging me for being disloyal... not a fan. The lady who did my nails didn't seem to be very experienced with the dip process and finished my nails with the gel top coat and LED light and within a few days that coat chipped. Not a bad place, but extremely frustrating. *** Update*** I've been going to Linh consistently now, and she has not let me down. I get the dip and my nails are stronger than ever. When I asked how much it would be the girl said it was going to be $50 and I was shocked because she had done a poor job and my bails didn't even look like what I wanted . One of my nails even shows the acrylic she first applied before I told her that color was too pink. And she only discounted $5 when I told her one of my nails was over filed on the side. When I brought up how I had signed up for the $5 off $30 she said those were already the $5 she discounted already from the nail that was over filed . This place used to be the best place in Wichita to go to get Any kind of design you want. I usually get my nails done really fancy and have no problem paying for what I want. However the last few times I have visited it's been ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! My nails are different sizes, keep coming out super thick, and forget getting even a simple decent design. I was used to getting and paying for top quality now I feel like I walked into a nail school and am still paying top dollar. Oh and don't complain or say you don't like something. I was literally told" well how come you didn't stop me when I did 1 nail" ( he had just started my 2nd nail) and I wasnt the only one this was said to. As I was paying to leave I overheard another nail tech say something similar to another customer. As well as my fingertips had products stuck all to the pads of them and when I complained about it I was told I could just wash it off after I had already washed my hands. This place sucks, this is not the first time!! I came in with 7 girls to treat them for a good time, we were seated and had to wait for a very long time! We did not get good service after we waited for over 30 min they rushed to paint the girls nails and had them sit another 20 min while they walked around helping other people that were coming. This place is only for the money and not the service!! Today I went again with my daughter and she had her sit and put her feet in the water for 30 min when I finally went up to the rude manager and asked her if we could please get started she continued to work and said "one min" in a rude annoyed way. After another 10 min waiting he decided to leave! The employees were just cleaning and talking to each other while we waited and waited...what a waste of time, definitely DO NOT recommend this place! It took them 3 hrs to do my nails, I told them I wanted an overlay on my nails they just tried to paint with gel, when I explained to them that's not what I wanted, the lady doing my nails got upset talked in another language that I don't understand to another lady that work there that lady sat down and started to do my nails, when she was using the buffer on my nails she was burning me the nail part of my nails, I have a high pain tolerance and I've had my nails done many times before in the past and never ever have I experienced burning on my nails, and when I tell the lady she was burning my nail she went deeper with the buffer until I cried, her boss saw me cry and came and took over and the boss did not hurt me when she used the buffer so I believe that she did it intentionally, the original lady that did my nails name was jamy and the lady that took over for her was a midget Asian with short arms who didn't even tell me her name, I used to come to this place a lot but I had a bad experience so I will never be back!!!! read more
