We bought a 26 ft Passport camper from these guys. They gave us a fair trade, they offered to keep it on site until weather was better, they took care of all DMV crap for us, the cleaned and inspected entire camper, put in new battery, filled propane tanks and even gave us a complete tour of how everything works before we hooked up and took it home. This is a quick note regarding Mantelli's appearance at the 2020 WNY RV Show. My family was there, hoping to see an Aliner brand hard-top a-frame pop-up. The show had limited smaller trailers in general, and even fewer pop-ups of any kind. But luckily we found one Aliner, which was on display by Mantelli. Thanks so much for bringing an Aliner to the show! The salesperson was very kind and helpful, too. She even closed and reopened the unit, so we could see how set-up worked. We were also able to grab an Aliner brochure from her, very informative. We were just window-shopping at the RV show this year. My wife and I had a wonderful experience recently at this RV dealership. We were interested in a Winnebago camper and stopped in to view their inventory. We met with Ray Orr who showed us around and explained the various model features. As we are first time RV' buyers, we gained a considerable amount of knowledge. This is an absolute no pressure dealer and Ray and staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable and genuine. We also met the owner Kim, who was very kind and personable and put us at ease immediately. We shopped at several RV shops and had a wide variety of experiences-some not so pleasant. Based on my experience with this company they are totally unethical and engage in deceptive practices. I ordered an original factory dinette for my Forest River RV through Mantelli Trailer Sales. Prior to ordering there were numerous phone calls and emails regarding the details of the order. The invoice specifically states "complete dinette" for my model and even included my specific VIN# to ensure we received the dinette matching our model and color scheme. When I uncrated the dinette some 4 weeks later it was incomplete, of poor craftsmanship and totally useless. It was missing plywood to support the cushions, corner trims, doors for the ends of the benches, top and side upholstery trim pieces, supporting poles and mounting hardware for the table top and the fabric for the seats and backs didn't match my RV or the pictures in the Forest River brochure. In general....worthless. It was nothing shy of mind boggling that it was shipped out in the first place. Emails with pictures of the incomplete mess were immediately sent to Jay at Mantelli. It was sent to the same email address as all previous email correspondence with a demand not to charge my credit card for this worthless pile of firewood. I received no reply but received a phone call from a representative from Forest River with assurances that they would make it right which as of this writing some 2 + weeks later they have not. Mantelli charged my credit card for the entire amount two days after receiving my email which included the demand not to charge my card. When confronted about the unauthorized charge Jay lied through his teeth claiming he had never received the email when the factory representative told me that he had forwarded it to her the day he received it. To date they have not reversed the charges and I have been forced to take it up with my credit card company. read more
