I listed my car for sale and the manager reached out saying they were very motivated to buy the car, as the owner was very interested in it personally. I sent a video highlighting defects and told them the car needed work however, I reflected that in the asking price. I asked for honesty in the offer with all things considered, as I wanted to ensure before making the drive out it wouldn't be a waste of time. I was then told they'd get me close to my asking price. I show up to the dealership (over 30 minute drive from my house) just to find out the gentlemen who I had been in contact with left the dealership for a hair cut. I was then greeted by his "partner". I gave them the keys and waited there an hour before getting any information about what they were doing with my car. The "partner" came back with my keys and a laundry list of things they said the car needed (as I had stated it was far from perfect). He then proceeded to offer me half of my asking price. I had a very disappointing experience with iDrive Certified Auto Brokers in Grand Island, NY. Dave initially contacted me and framed our connection as "God's purpose." He spoke about his faith, said the Lord brought us together, and repeatedly assured me he was going to make sure I got into a vehicle. He even stated the owner was willing to make it happen. Before I came in, they ran my credit. They knew my full situation -- what was on my report, my financial circumstances, everything. Despite that, I was still confidently told I would be getting a car. When I arrived, the story changed. I suddenly needed more money down. Then I was told I needed a cosigner. I got one. Then I was told the cosigner didn't have enough credit history. After all of that, I was casually told I could "wait another week or two" to get another check as if my situation was nothing. I made it clear I'm currently spending $200 a day just to get back and forth to work while trying to save for a vehicle. That didn't seem to matter. What disappointed me most was using faith to build trust, only for the guarantees to disappear in person. I take my relationship with God seriously, and invoking that to secure business felt misleading. If you're given strong assurances here, get everything in writing before rearranging your life around it. read more

It was extremely long ride from Indianapolis to Certified AutoBrokers who are in New York, however luckily for me it was worth it since I was able to get a car as it looked exactly as advertised, with no flaws at all. It was as in good of a shape as a car from California, as I am always worried about rust due to it being from NY. Looks like previous owner was taking his Corvette out only on sunny, dry days. Zero stars for this company. I am baffled on how rude employees and owners can be. A customer has to bring the vehicle In for multiple times for many different issues and they will not supply you with a rental. Even though you bought the vehicle from them and vehicle has already had alot of major issues and you have only had the vehicle for less than 2 years. Definitely don't recommend this dealership they also want a huge amount down when you purchase a vehicle should have been a red flag. Service technician don't know how to do there job. They also will almost hit customers vehicle when parking service manger is rude and arrogant don't know how they are still in business. They will ripe you off on the car and repairs. woody and Travis were both great! I purchased a 2015 bmw x6 with a m package grey matte colored wrap with red Interior. it was a beauty. unfortunately the engine sensor came on 3 days after and I was told it was a hose issue and they fixed it right away. sensor then came on and off again time after time and the steering then seized up while on the skyway. after having the vehicle for only 16 days and dealer pushing for it to be fixed, I disagreed after days of not knowing what the issue was, however, 1 sensor turned into 15 sensors. with no hassle they purchased the vehicle back and canceled the whole contract with no issues. read more

GRAND ISLAND, NY 14072. TERRRRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from them in January. One week after bringing the vehicle home our "service 4wd" light comes on. OK. We take it to the shop no problem, they tell us they can't find the issue and they send it back home with us, to come back when the light comes on again. Two days later, guess what pops on again? Same light. We take it back; they drive our truck 50 some odd miles (using my gas) to "diagnose the problem." They can't find the problem AGAIN and send us home with the unfixed vehicle. Here we are 5 weeks into having the vehicle and they still have not fixed the issue for us. They think taking our car out and racking up my mileage, and using my gas money is going to solve the problem? Uhm, NO. Why wouldn't you work with another shop that can diagnose the problem. DO YOUR JOB. YOU SOLD US A LEMON and I will absolutely be suing the shit out of this place. "You have to give us time to fix it..." Sir you've had my car for 2 weeks (that I'm paying out the ass for btw" and you need more time. Do your jobs. Damn. read more

After reading these reviews I came to this dealership with high hopes, which quickly ended up with disappointment. Initially, communication was wonderful, they contacted me worked with me, provided me with a quote and I went there to look at the truck. They seemed positive the whole time, until I decided not to go with the vehicle we were speaking of due to the increased payment as well as the features I was losing. Since then, no communication other than, we've been working on things all day for you! Justin is going to call you today (which never happened). I'm disappointed. I had high hopes that I found a credible dealership too with with, yet seems like they are not that credible after all. Not to mention my initial quote for vehicle compared to my quote when arriving was a $3,000 difference. No real explanation as to how that is! Very disappointed. Looks like I'll be going elsewhere for a vehicle! Update: I posted this comment and got a call and several text messages immediately after wanting to rectify the situation. I was dumb and fell for it, and allowed them a second chance. Red flags and all continued on with working with Justin. (No customer service skills at all) lacked communication, made up excuse after excuse and blamed me for everything. THEY sent me a truck to view that was out of state and I agreed that is the truck I wanted. They told me they put a hold on it. They sent me the bill of sale because (numbers kept jumping around hence red flag) I agreed on it and they went to order it supposedly. All of sudden I get a message there is an issue the other dealer wants $1500 more and then a text saying truck is a no go. WHAT?? yup no explanation for a few hours. That's it. No answering texts or phone calls. Justin uses the excuse that it is just not obtainable as the dealer won't move on their fees. My argument was that prior to sending me the bill of sale, shouldn't that all been dealt with?? Now it is on you? Not me.. at this point it isn't even an option it appears. Now there are lies on top of lies. I'm furious and regret walking through their doors. O yea and they fraudulently ran my credit because apparently according to them (because they are now lying about something to cover themselves) they ran my credit on a different vehicle that I said I didn't want. So that was ran without my permission. I provided permission for the truck that was out of state. I would hope everyone reads this and refrains from the headache. I thought other dealerships were bad, these people are nothing but liars! I'll also be contacting the BBB because they claim to be WNY best is customer service! My mother bought a qx 56 Infiniti from them 2 days ago and on the way home from the dealership in the new car the battery light and the brake lights start flashing on and off. So immediately we called the Dealership where Adam Rumph I think it was told us that we should go to advanced auto parts so they can take a look at the car. Not even 30 mins after driving off the lot, after explaining how ridiculous that was he then got upset and tried to rush us off the phone which I have recorded. He had horrible customer service especially dealing with the inconvenience we were dealing with after just driving off the lot with what we thought was a good car and paying good money. Then the battery starts to die and so at that point we weren't sure if we would make it home luckily we did make it to an auto advance store about an hour after leaving the lot. When we got there the person that worked there came out and let us know that there was no clamp on the battery and how filthy the brake fluid was and that was just off glance. So while the man was standing there I called the dealership back and while the advance auto worker started exposing everything that was really going on and canceling out the minor things it could be that the dealer was trying to assure us it was . He then got mad and tried to discredit the same advanced auto worker he sent us to by saying that he basically didn't know what he was talking about and how he had a "certified" mechanic who he was sure knew better. (Same people who forgot to put a hold on the batter which clearly needs one. But after that he then tried to get us to pay for a battery hold which advanced auto doesn't carry it would have to be ordered from the Infiniti dealership which is probably why there wasn't one in the first place. So we then said we would bring the car back on Saturday (today). So today on the way to the dealership the car keeps dieing then coming back going from 55 to 10 miles per hour on the highway. So again we call the dealership again and explain to them what's going on where Adam then picks up the phone and tell us that the best place to shut down would be in the parking lot of but yet another auto advance store to get a new battery that he stated he was not gonna pay for just so we can make it to the dealership at least. After explaining that we're on the highway and the car dieing out in a auto advanced parts store would be unrealistic he then said he was just throwing things out there because we didn't have to many options. So I'm currently in the beautiful but barely functioning vehicle praying to make it to the dealership. It seems like immediately after driving off the lot in the vehicle the dealerships energy changed which went from one of the best experiences to by far the worst experience dealing with a car dealer and we still aren't done having dealings seeing that were still hoping to even make it to them for the car to be repaired. I have pictures and video and recordings of all conversations break downs on the side of the highway and lights on the dash board. So far I definitely would not recommend this dealer if this is what you get when your car was looked at with in there words "I fine tooth comb" to make sure we had no issues. read more

OK people if you want to buy a used car this is the place! They work with you on everything! First I purchased a USED BMW and they were getting it ready and the abs sensor stopped working. Well I drove the car for some time before and no problem so I knew it was something that just happened due to it being 10 years old and used so no problem!!! They went above and beyond and let me use a car until mine was fixed! They did not have to do that but did and I thank them because my jeeps engine blew and had no transportation. I Googled the car and the price and with in 200 miles it was the best deal!!! I am big on customer service and this place is amazing! Being a aircraft mechanic and I work on my own cars I will tell you they go over the cars as best as one can. When i want my next car i will be going to them and them only! my girlfriend and i just recently got a car financed through this dealership and has so far proved to be a horrible experience first things first we got everything taken care of signed the paperwork and not even 15 minutes after taking the car off the lot about 6 problems arised the check engine light came on about 2 minutes after taking the car off the lot and i rolled down the window to spit and the window would not go back up without forcing it up proceeded home called them and said it would be fixed on monday went to go cash my check 10 minutes later and the driverside door WOULD NOT OPEN at all later that night my girlfriend almost fell out the passenger door because it just opened luckily she had her seatbelt on the brakes sound horrible now and now financially the car was priced for $10,953 and description says it has 95,081 miles on it... but the actual car sticker in the lot says $11,353 so we get the loan paperwork done and my girlfriend had to do it because of my credit we find out after the fact she signed it he had changed the price upon completing the paperwork to 13,706 and wrote 95,021 as the mileage on the paperwork but when we pulled out of the lot there was 95,223 miles on the car and the 6 problems found within the first 24 hours DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
