I live 45 minutes away with several other dealers in my area much closer, but my first experience was so great, I decided to drive farther for another great experience. They have a nice bathroom for customers use and they have complimentary coffee, "pop", and water which is nice.. Before driving 4 1/2 hours here, the woman in the office kept in contact with us and was very helpful in the buying process. When we got there, she had us fill out all necessary paperwork on the trailer we were picking up while the man was getting the trailer ready to go for us. Overall, a great experience! I would recommend "Trailer Sales of New York" to anyone looking for a great trailer at a decent price with wonderful staff.

They had the Ariens Platinum 30" 414cc snowblowers in stock and on sale. When I walked in, they had my machine all prepped ready to go with a sold sign on it. (Pay cash if you can so you don't get charged a small percentage if you put it on your card) They saved me about $300...plus the great customer service made the 30 minute drive from West Seneca worth it. I did try to deal with Schaub Equipment in West Seneca since they are just 5 minutes away from me. I will never again step foot in that place. Their customer service skills are terrible...nothing new though with this place. Miserable and condescending p****s.
