I used this company a few times. They had one guy that came that was great but then apparently they fired him. After that, calling to get service was like pulling teeth. I kept calling and calling. No response. No answer. Tried again awhile later. Same thing recently again. Got a message saying she was way behind. I get that but at least respond at some point not a month later saying how busy you have been. It's a business, run it accordingly or else you lose clients. Had to call someone else to get service after trying a month with this company. read more

I hate bugs and this company has been doing a great job in keeping them out of my home. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They do have a good warranty and stand by it. I was in such a rush with moving out of my house, I locked the door by accident. I called ahead of time and asked if I could have someone go even though I wouldn't be home and they worked that out for me. When John arrived and noticed the door was locked he gave me a call which I didn't return for about 30 minutes, when I was able to call back he let me know that I could call my rental company and he would go pick up the key and still do the spray. He went out of his way to help me which was very heartwarming and amazing!! He gave me one less thing to stress and worry about, definition of GREAT customer service. There are very few businesses that I would say this about, but I wish I could give them more than five stars because they deserve it! I was moving out of my rental home and my property management company gave me a list of companies that I could use to spray my house and Mantis was one of them. We called all of the companies and Mantis was, by far, the cheapest to spray. They were also very friendly and knowledgable! The guy who sprayed not only showed up on time, but was a little early. He also explained everything to us as he was doing it so we knew exactly what was going on the whole time. I would recommend this company to anyone!! Don't even bother calling anyone else! read more

Customer service is GREAT! I use them for regular service going on three years now. It's usually the same tech each time, so you feel comfortable. I had windows installed and found ants. I called for a wood destroying appointment. My garage is detached, and not covered by my regular pest service. The owner came out. He told me the spray I had done was enough and he wouldn't waste my money treating when the replacement window was fixing the moisture problem that attracted the ants in the first place. Wow! They're great at reminding you when it's time for service and when your appointment comes if they're running early, they call first. If you have rain and they do inside but have to come back for outside you can schedule it or just let them work you in. I'd recommend this company over any other. I get applications every 3 months, but you can just do as needed. They stand behind their service too. read more
