After 2 weeks the ants were still just as bad, literally everywhere. My daughter couldn't sleep in her bedroom, we couldn't keep our laundry in laundry baskets, had to throw food away from our pantry constantly etc. when I called back to have them come back out they told me it would be another week to get someone out here. They came out again, told me to wait 2 weeks and still no improvement. This continued for 4 months, and 5 visits until finally things improved but my guess is it had more to do with the season than the treatments. When I called to cancel my service they told me I'd have to buy out my contract, it's just been insane. The provided horrendous service and held me to the contract. One hour before the scheduled appointment the "sprayer" called to cancel and said that MARY from the office will call to reschedule. That was 21 days ago with no call. Meanwhile I had to buy a lot of ant spray and spray the outside of my home. Called Bell Co Pest back again today, no apology for not re-scheduling, I am having another bout of ants inside due to catfood....needed a quick response, need them tomorrow! Nope, sorry we don't have anything for tomorrow. Needless to say I will no longer be using them, I was a repeat customer.
