They give you updates throughout your dogs stay, spend lots of quality time with the dogs, and my dog always comes home tired from all the fun he has had. At the end of the stay, you get a "report card" letting you know how everything went. They also are extremely friendly and do everything to make you comfortable about leaving your fur baby. I wouldn't, because people need to know. Hmm, apparently someone took it down. As I wrote back in June of 2022, this groomer didn't return any of my previous calls, only after a bad review did I receive a call. It's almost laughable since it was very quick on the owners part to make a call at that time. I too would give a zero rating if it were allowed.
