I didn't mention anything to his son, because it's important to establish contractor communication skills prior to signing contract. I already know that if I have to complain before the contract is signed, then it will be a struggle to get the work done correctly or at the agreed-upon price. It's important to give a contractor every opportunity to do the right thing and to see how they execute simple customer service tasks. I was promised an estimate by Tuesday, 27 May but nothing has arrived in the agreed-upon email account. I inquired about the quote on text and nothing. I verified that nothing was accidentally sent to spam and nothing. It is now 8 PM on Saturday, May 31. Unfortunately, I can't trust Signature Touch Landscape to present common courtesy to me or my neighborhood.

Because of my busy work schedule, I wasn't able to thoroughly inspect the fence before signing off. Once I finally did, I noticed several issues, including large and uneven gaps between the pickets, one broken picket that wasn't properly nailed in, and another that was bent at the top. I contacted Juan, and to his credit, he had the crew return to replace the broken and bent pickets. However, he never addressed my concerns about the large gaps in the fence. This is supposed to be a privacy fence, yet I can clearly see into my neighbor's yard when standing near it, which defeats its purpose. I reached out again regarding the gaps. Juan responded that he would let me know the next steps. Instead, he later sent me photos of someone else's backyard and tried to use those pictures to explain why the gaps were normal. Those photos were not of my property. I understand that wood naturally shrinks as it dries, but the gaps on my fence were already significant, and this was less than a month after installation. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering a reasonable solution, they chose to make excuses and use photos from another project to support their position. I've spent weeks going back and forth trying to resolve this issue, and it's been incredibly frustrating. I expected better communication, honesty, and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company.

Quality: The quality of the work is acceptable. Some of the stuff (360 sprinkler) stopped working but it's acceptable as I was promised 1 year of warranty post completion of the project. Service: Whats that!!!? Joseph promised one year of warranty and service after completion of the project. He never came back to complete the project. Communication: Again Joseph haven't answered my calls in almost an year, so that should answer the level of communication you can expect. Communication unresponsiveness started from Jospeh started when we paid him advance money. Joseph would look straight in your eyes, shake your hand and promise you that he will be back with his whole team the next day, but it will not happen. Don't fall for it and NEVER PAY HIM IN ADVANCE.
