We hired Garzon Landscape in November 2023, for a job for which Joseph quoted that will be finished in 15-20 days. Work started in November 2023, now its April 2025 and the job is still not completed. Jospeh hasn't answered my calls for almost an year now. Quote: We have few quotes from different landscapers, we chose Garzon Landscape as there quote was competitive and were available at the earliest to start the work. Quality: The quality of the work is acceptable. Some of the stuff (360 sprinkler) stopped working but it's acceptable as I was promised 1 year of warranty post completion of the project. Service: Whats that!!!? Joseph promised one year of warranty and service after completion of the project. He never came back to complete the project. Communication: Again Joseph haven't answered my calls in almost an year, so that should answer the level of communication you can expect. Communication unresponsiveness started from Jospeh started when we paid him advance money. Joseph would look straight in your eyes, shake your hand and promise you that he will be back with his whole team the next day, but it will not happen. Joseph and his crew were hired to remove a large tree in the front yard and remove our unkept bermuda lawn with a new fescue lawn. Joseph came in person to survey the project and gave us a quote within a few hours. When his team came out, Joseph removed the tree within an hour almost by himself! His crew demoed the old yard and prepped for sod installation on a Saturday, working in the cold all day from 0800 to 1800! Hired them to fix a drainage issue After partial completion (didn't finish the back of the house, drain pipes sticking up about 6" above ground with no covers, no backfill) he said he couldn't finish because his crew quit He assured me there would be no drainage problem About a month later it rained and their "fix" made my problem worse Had nearly 2 ft of water backed up against my house seeping into my bedroom (my original use only worse) I had to buy a sump pump and dig a trench 35' long to divert the water While digging the trench I found the new drainage pipes he supposedly installed They weren't even attached to each other, my existing french drains had been disconnected, downspout drain pipe was cracked.....I could on but suffice to say it was a disaster and he only returned part of my money and I had to argue with him for that Live and learn read more

Joseph came out and fixed our broken pipe in the front yard after several calls and texts. He also charged us $100 for the repair even though it was already dug up by us for easy access to the pipe. We asked him to give us an estimate on repairing our irrigation system and taking down some trees so we set an appointment for Saturday with no time. When I text him Saturday morning trying to get a time for his arrival he said to text him after 2p. We said that wouldn't work and asked for a Tuesday appointment at 4p but he asked for 6p so we agreed to that time. He never showed up on Tuesday at 6p and never called or texted.
