Do not trust this company. I canceled service before it even started in Oct and for 2 months, they gave me the runaround on refunding the fees. Every email I sent I received a nice response from Samuel that they would take care of it only to find out that I was charged again in November, so they are now stealing money from me. La primer persona a la semana me la cambiaron y volví a empezar después me pusieron a otro muchacho y la sorpresa es que cuando me digo que le diera ideas de cerámicos para poner fotos no sabía. Mientras el tiempo corría y yo pagaba por el tiempo de un mes. Se supone que este es su niche Peró no tienen ni idea de lo que estaban haciendo.logioc tofo esto atrasa a tu proyecto. Casi 3 meses en crear mi página de internet que nunca acabaron. Les di otra oportunidad y regresamos a trabajar.. usan una APP que en mi vida la había escuchado ni usado. La gota que derramó el vaso fue cuando quise mandar fotos y videos. Tenía un par de días y no daba como usar la aplicación. Uno de los muchachos Cortez mente me mandó captura de cómo hacerlo.. al final miré que como usuario no tenía acceso para subir o mandar fotos ya que de mi lado no lo tenía configurado. Tanto fue mi desesperación que dije que estaba cagao de no poder proceder. Faltaba menos de una semana para que ellos me cobraran otra vez y no se había terminado mi página. Carlos Camacho no supo manejar la situación conmigo como cliente y simplemente me dijo que no podíamos continuar. En vez que como cabeza del equipo y por tener educación cortesía tacto en una situación difícil. Manejo mi descontento como algo personal. En vez de dirigirme de una forma correcta mi problema ya que el problema estaba del lado de ellos no mío. Cero de impartía que hubo de parte de Carlos Camacho. Si no sabe gestionar los problemas no debería estar hay si no pude escuchar.. resolver. Hacer seguimiento y personalizar la mala experiencia Faltaban un par de días para que terminada el mes y le pedí de favor que se terminara por mínimo lo acordado que se tenia proyectado esa semana. Una gran decepción haber puesto no solo mi dinero si no mi confianza ya que de parte de ellos ya habían varias inconsistencias el cual no fui unprofessional y seguí teniendo empatía y traté de tragar juntos ya que no lo tomaba personal como Carlos Camacho. Les pedí de buena forma y con amabilidad de cómo remover algo de ellos y solo me siguieron ignorando y en vez de mejorar algo que ya estaba mal decidieron borrarme. Aquí dejaré unas fotos verídicas para que miren que esta compañía no es lo que muestra ser. Sin remarcar que teníamos un contrato mínimo de 3 meses que no respetaron. No te puedes expresar por que te blokean de sus redes. Hubiera sido fácil escucha mi inconformidad y aclarar que solo una situación que Carlos Camacho promovió personal mente como un problema. No tuvo empatía en escuchar de fondo mi inconformidad. Ofrecer o identificar una solución. Personalizar el problema pequeño que era más que nada técnico de ellos que mío. Esto es Estados Unidos y tenemos el derecho sano de expresarnos ya que no ofendí a nadie pero en Map Ranking buscan callarte o silenciar tu derecho a expresar por algo que estás pagando. Aparte que Alex es parte del equipo y por si mismo se agrega un review positivo igual que otros de sus amigos y familiares como lo piden ver en la foto de asta abajo. Wow- I can't believe I haven't written a review of Owl Computers until now- they are truly 'as good as it gets'! I've had several computers that I've been meaning to backup and get rid of for eons. The screen to my Toshiba laptop went black on me last week. I called Bethetek and they were able to see me right away. After taking apart the screen, they were able to determine that a cord was damaged and needed to be replaced. They ordered the part right away and were able to fix it right when the part arrived. He gave me a call early afternoon, that the laptop is ready, I was lucky, it was just a loose connection, no need to change anything. Got my computer to Owl with some viruses on it. Computer kept freezing and was now to the point that it wouldn't even load windows. Come to find out that not only did it have viruses, but the hard drive was failing. They were super great to work with! This was my work computer so it was very important to save my quickbooks files and work info.
