I took my daughter's phone in to have the screen repaired due to a black screen with green lines. Verizon referred me to this location, and I trusted the phone was fixed when I picked it up. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to unlock the phone at the time to verify it was working properly, and it remained locked for about an hour and a half. When my daughter finally used it, the screen had the same issue. I called and spoke with Nathan, who told me to bring it back in. I wasn't able to return the next day, so the phone stayed in my purse until Monday. When I went back, Leon and another employee accused me of breaking the screen. Instead of helping, they argued with me and refused to fix the issue. I later took the phone to another repair shop, where I was told that the screen appeared to be improperly installed, and possibly missing or loose screws. This could have caused the screen to crack later under pressure. I was also shown an error message on the phone indicating that parts were not recognized -- a sign of improper repair. Bottom line -- this place is unprofessional and dishonest. They failed to properly repair the phone, refused to take responsibility, and argued with me instead of helping. I would not recommend trusting them with your device. read more

I asked them my it's not going to full brightness and their only response was "it's okay" wtf it's not okay, I can't see $hit. $350 for a screen I can't see. I went in today at 2:30pm to get my back screen fixed, I was told two people were in front of me that the phone would be ready at 4:30pm. I went home and came back to the place at 4:50. The guy helping was so rude and walked away without saying nothing he finally gave me my phone 10 minutes later. The back screen was lifted on the corner by the cameras and when I asked him to fix it since it's already lifting without leaving the store he gave me attitude. After waiting all day, I found out at the last minute that they didn't have the parts and needed to reschedule for the next day at 1 PM. The next day came, and no one showed up. I've now had 2 really bad experiences here. The first time wasn't too big of a deal and I decided not to leave a bad review. They were repairing my son's PlayStation. It was supposed to take 4 days and ended up taking 2.5 weeks. The second experience (today) is why I'm leaving this review. My wife's phone has a cracked screen and we have a warranty through Asurion. We filed a claim and Asurion sent a tech from this store to our house to replace the screen. After about 40 mins the tech told us that he couldn't replace the screen and now the phone was stuck in recovery mode. He told us that we have to bring the phone into the store, but they don't have time to look at it today - we have to bring it in tomorrow. We are not available tomorrow since we have to leave out of town for a doctors appointment that is almost 2 hours away. I told them that and they still refused to look at it today. Worst yet, we just found out that the phone will be wiped clean. UBreakiFix broke our phone, deleted everything on it, didn't replace the screen, and don't care because it's no loss to them. read more

Cheap parts, not worth it, ended up with more phone problems. Dropped off my iPhone for a screen replacement, it was fixed the same day. Staff was friendly and the service was good. The quality of the replacement screen is bad. The screen no longer lights up with notifications and the screen is also laggy compared to the original one. My phone battery also dies a lot faster now with the new screen. The phone camera now opens on 2x zoom by default for some reason, really annoying. Save your time and money and go to Apple to have it done right. Not worth the $220 I paid at this place. read more

Took my Samsung phone in to have the screen repaired on my own dime. Was kind of a bit higher price than I was expecting but no big deal. Even though they told me they had the part, they called me at 2pm to tell me they didn't. They had a front glass with a different colored frame. This is a spare working phone so I told them no problem put it on but I still needed to pick it up at 3pm. I get there at 315 and the phone is done, the quality of the job looks great but they can't give me my phone because the Samsung servers are down and they can't test my phone. Again, this isn't insurance work. If there's a problem with the phone I'll bring it back. No they won't give me my phone. Then the young lady helping me goes through several stages of histrionics claiming I was yelling at her, telling me that she was refusing me service (to which I replied great I'll take it elsewhere) and the cherry on top, asking another customer in the shop "am I wrong?" This poor guy looked like he wanted nothing to do with this and frankly I don't blame him one bit. Who does that? I can tell you this right now, that guy was my age and we chatted when I was in earlier. I think if she pressed that guy for a reply, he's siding with me almost 100%. I guess there's another cherry on top, they swapped the screen back on my phone in literally 8 minutes and then sent another guy out that I never spoke with once to return my phone to me and mad dog me while I stood up to leave. The guys at this location are great! They were very helpful and courteous. I was a walk in, and they were able to repair my phone. Since it was only the screen protector that needed replaced, they said it would take about an hour because they would still have to run tests on the phone after replacing the screen. When I got my phone back, it was better than new. You can barely see where the phone bends. read more

The attendant at this repair facility didnt hesitate to give me a screen replacement estimate over the phone. When I got there, the estimate was honored and they actually had the part in stock, even though my build and color combination was rare! The guys in this shop are nice enough, but I won't be back again. Here's why: I took my iPad 11 in because the power port stopping charging. They told me they could fix it in a day or two. I knew they'd have to use an aftermarket port because Apple doesn't supply those parts. And it was admittedly around a holiday. But they took almost a week to do the repair and the port was really tight so you had work at getting your cord in there. Within a few days, the iPad starting freezing on the Apple logo. I'd be able to reset it after trying a few times, but then it stopped working altogether. I took it to the Apple Store because I wasn't sure I trusted that these guys hadn't screwed up the device, and Apple told me I should try running it past uBreakiFix again under warranty, which I did. They kindly took it back and said there would be no charge. I was pleased that this second repair only took a few days, and it's no longer frozen. BUT my pleasure stopped at that. First, they handed the device back to me super dirty and with three stickers on the back that were really difficult to peel off and left a sticky residue. Second, when I asked what their technician thought had gone wrong, instead of acknowledging that the aftermarket port (which the rep knew was tight) might be the cause or that it hadn't been soldered in the right way, they said I'd probably dropped it causing the port to come unsoldered (in other words, instead of acknowledging they might have made a mistake they blamed the customer who never dropped it). Finally, before leaving, I asked the rep to make sure the port was capable of both charging and data transmission, as the original port had been. I did this because before bringing it to them the second time, iTunes was seeing the device so I couldn't reset or update it from my computer. The rep took it in the back, wasn't able to get a data connection, and then came out to ask me if I wanted him to call the tech for their opinion on what was happening (why ask me? just do it!). I said "yes" of course. And after about 10 minutes the rep came back to tell me the tech thought it could be anything causing the lack of data transmission. Instead of offering to look into the issue further or see if their after-market port was capable of data transmission, the rep simply handed back my device and shrugged his shoulders. Literally. Really bad customer service all the way around. This whole exchange occurred late in the day, so maybe the guys were just tired. But that really isn't an execute for such behavior. read more

I brought my phone here a week ago to get one of my camera lenses fixed. They said they could absolutely do it on the phone so I drove over and waited for about 6-7 minutes until someone greeted me in store, while they were in the back they were using profanities and saying that nobody tips them. While I was waiting they were also on a phone call where it sounded like they lost a customers cell phone and they needed to go find it. After the work was done to my cell phone I noticed my camera wouldn't focus correctly and then I few days later noticed it had cracked right after I got it done. I went back in a week later to see if they could fix the issue and they could but he said he would have to charge me again. I mean it's only $40 but I asked why. I also asked if the work was guaranteed and he said yes but they were going to do it since it cracked. lol that's the whole reason I'm there.
