This review is based on Noain Plumbing inspection of a sprinkler system and their responsiveness to…read morefollow up questions. Noain Plumbing was contacted due to a soaking wet yard which we were concerned had a leaking sprinklers system. They clearly said everything was working well but upon my inspection one of the sprinkler control was leaking continuously. I just had a few follow up questions about what was included in the inspection and if this continuous leaking was noted. They did not answer any calls placed to their business number. Took a full day to respond to emails and did not actually answer all the questions. I understand their job is complete once they are off the property, and things may change but as they clearly stated on their undated documents, to reach out for any questions yet Noain Plumbing was relatively difficult to follow up with. And over a two day period I doubt that leak just sprung out of no where. My videos of the leak would do this review more justice but unfortunately I can only attach a photo. In this drought state and just general conservation, this water leak is something that is incredibly wasteful and would need to be fixed. And yet, it's not even noted in their report. I suppose I didn't pay them and it's possible the seller who paid for this inspection received a more detailed report. Based solely on the squeaky clean report, voicemail only phone number, and long response to emails I would not recommend Noain Plumbing.

I booked Dutchman Plumbing for two separate plumbing tasks because they were a referral. We also…read morecome from a veteran family ourselves, so we were expecting a more professional and respectful experience. When the plumber arrived, he told me he could not do one of the tasks. That was frustrating because I would have preferred to know that before the appointment was scheduled so I could have planned accordingly. He also explained that the service had been delayed because he was still waiting on one of the parts and wanted to make sure it was a good quality part and not a cheap one, which I actually appreciated. The issue was the lack of communication leading up to the delay and the fact that one of the tasks could not be completed. During the visit, he called me over and asked technical questions about the plumbing setup that I could not reasonably answer. He then had me call the homeowner while she was at work and kept her on the phone to ask her those questions, which defeated the whole point of me being there for the appointment. The configuration was right there in front of him, so it felt unnecessary and unprofessional. We also agreed on a price beforehand, but the price changed after he arrived. When I questioned it, he said he had to charge what he did because my faucet was "high end." That did not make sense to me because the faucet was an under 200 dollar Home Depot faucet installed by a family member. The explanation felt off, and combined with everything else it did not inspire confidence. With the inability to complete one of the tasks, the shifting price, and the overall vibe of the interaction, I decided not to move forward. When I declined service, he muttered multiple comments under his breath to his partner while I was standing a few feet away, including unbelievable and similar remarks. That was unprofessional and disappointing.
