So this review is a little different than normal, as David actually didn't do the work. We had our hot water heater go out Friday, which I troubleshooted and got the status light code for. I sent a request for a quote to David's plumbing, and heard back within 20 minutes. After a quick phone call with David, and some helpful tips, I went to the store and got the part I needed and replaced it myself. David saved me over 200 bucks in labor and assured me if I got stuck he would be happy to offer more tips, or even come do the install. Today we have hot water and an extra $200. Thanks again David for being upfront, professional, and caring about the locals.
