He went back and forth with this company and Amazon for over a month trying to get the item picked up for return but the seller kept telling him to take it to UPS, but would not listen when he said the boxes were too heavy for one person to lift. It was there responsibility to arrange for the return of this item since it was their error, but they absolutely refused. Avoid this business all cost!!! I have worked with Roger, Sarah and crew twice now and just have to shout their praises. I would never buy another mattress anywhere else. They are knowledgeable, kind, friendly, honest and bent over backwards to make our sales work for us.
