But recently I had an emergency where I needed to fulfill a really important personal volunteering role. My kiddo and I volunteer for the humane society driving wildlife to a wildlife rehabilitation centre in urgent circumstances. We were doing this and my windshield wiper (replaced somewhere else) flew off on the highway. I drove to Brian Cullen and they tried to replace the wiper with a "universal" wiper only to find that my car needs to have the special wiper. They told me they would order it and let me know when it arrived. I said, "I have a weird problem. I have 13 baby possoms in the back of my car that need to get to their next feeding." The team immediately figured out a short term solution for me. All the baby possums got to their feeding and survived. It may sound silly but it mattered so much to me and my kiddo to be helped when we were trying to help.
