But when I asked for those photos, she immediately got hostile, REFUSED to provide ANY documentation (despite being legally obligated to do so), and told me, "I'm not giving you anything... you sound like a smart girl, you'll figure it out yourself." Even worse, before I even requested proof, Sherry admitted their driver saw the crack in the windshield but STILL refused to show any evidence of what happened during the tow. It's clear from NUMEROUS other reviews that I'm not alone in this experience--Sherry's rude, dismissive attitude is a constant pattern. She is downright miserable and doesn't care one bit about her customers or their concerns. Parkway Towing completely disregarded my repeated requests for any documentation or insurance details. They sent me a few irrelevant pre-tow photos and flat-out refused to provide anything else, despite my clear request for proof that they dropped off the vehicle in good condition. This level of negligence and dishonesty is disgusting. Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this company! They simply don't care. She then proceeded to tell me that I had the option of having my son arrested for taking my car without permission, so my insurance would not go up. She called the police to have my son's license verified and he was given a sobriety test and breathalyzer, which he passed and we were able to secure my car. She said it was NYS procedure to verify the license; for all pickups. It is not. She called the police because she thought my son was aggressive on the phone for insisting he was allowed to drive. He did not enter the building and was waiting in the car. She approached his car with the police present. He did not yell or swear at her, slightly aggressive from both of them, is what I witnessed. They both need to work on their people skills and this could of been avoided all together.
