I could never get in during their opening hours because I'd always be in this area way too early. So, I browsed their products online and came during their opening hours to pick up my item recently. I loved everything they have in the store! It is so girly and pink, and cute!! They have lots of kitchen items, pillows, baskets, party items, jewelry pieces and more. They are HUGE on anything pink here. The woman working here was really nice and welcoming once I walked in the boutique. She was very busy with another customer and the phone was ringing, while she was doing something, all at once. I came in to pick up a Valentine item with a heart on it, which I love very much! Person at front desk had no clue who I was, when my car was supposed to come in, what was to be done. Am sent away and told to come back later after they speak with boss - who was unavailable via cell phone in middle of work day. Come back get paperwork signed. Was given no specific time to bring car in on Saturday. Get phone call at 10 Saturday morning asking me where my car is. Take car up and told they will phone when complete. Get phone call on landline around 11:30 saying car will be ready after noon. Explain husband is at park opening and will come up when he gets home. No mention they close at 1. Go up and find shop closed at 1:30, car locked inside. Get home to find message on cell phone saying I have to pick up my car. No effort made on their part to contact me on alternate phone number. Now I get to wait until Monday at 8 for car. Have no way to get to shop as husband is leaving town for a week. Should be at work for meeting with government officials Monday at 9 with no way to get there on time, no way to explain to those who are supposed to be meeting with me. No way to contact store. Leave three messages. Have had windshield replaced by other glass companies in town and not had any of these types of problems. Will never use this company again.
