Updated review! I've spoken with the regional manager and the leasing office manager about the issues I've written about here. Good news. Since my original review a few things have been addressed. The play area has been cleaned up and is now nice enough for kids to play in. The one major issue of potholes has been addressed! They have all been dug out and professionally fixed, not just patch jobs. Word has it the rest of the parking lot will be seal coated in a few weeks. This parking lot is a nightmare full of potholes. The residents are criminals and the water turned bad several years ago. The landscape is full of weeds and I don't think we have a permanent property manager. read more

These apartments are terrible. The decks are shared with the neighbors next to you. So the first neighbors we had were a bunch of teenagers with kids. They would leave their children out on the deck whenever they cry and at night whenever they were on the phone they would stand out there. So we could hear EVERYTHING they said. The girls would always be getting in fights and yelling at each other on the deck and my 18month old heard words I was hoping he wouldn't hear till he was in school. The management is horrible and could care less about anything you have to say. Every time I went into the office I felt like I was taking up their precious time and wasting mine. When I first applied for an apartment they called and told me I could have one. The next morning I went to drop off a check for the deposit and they had given the apartment to someone else. We have been through about 4 different managers since we moved in a year ago. Thank goodness my husband and I leaving in a couple of months. The apartments aren't terrible in themselves we have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. It has plenty of closet space. I could never have enough space in a kitchen; I kind of live in mine. But I feel these are adequate for an apartment. The walls are thin so you can hear everything in the other apartments. I felt bad for the women who lived under us because my son loves to run around our apartment. I don't think the apartments are any better than others in the area, but everything you have to deal with is not worth it!!! read more

The plays is one of the old fashion mob style of businesses "not saying it is run by the mob" just saying that think they are above it all. The apartments are income based so you can get a deal on the rent but you are sacrificing in just about ever other way like TV service you can get it on your own for anywhere from $30+ and up but if you live there you are going to pay $50+ for less you can have Direct TV but you will pay $150 just to have it put in and not to Direct TV there fees are not included as for Internet it is about the same you half to get Frontier and the best they can offer is 3Mb service but the price is not to bad but if you would like to do more than check Email or game it will not work and you are not allowed to get anything other than what they tell you. Now some would say that this sounds familiar I think so to like when the SS was trying to run things and I think we all know how that worked out. Now that is just some of what you need to know about the next thing is that the apartments on the top floor have a problem with black mold from time to time but they think it is ok if you just paint over it and that salves the problem for you and them even it dose not and most could become sick after moving in and not knowing why. The management trust every one so much that they put signs up to let you know that rent is due and Cable and your utilities and i would think that this is some form of harassment but that's just me so if you are looking for a place to stay I would look a little better before you go here. read more

I'm very surprised at some of the low ratings! I've lived here for half a year now and I am so grateful for the space and how accommodating April in Management was in getting our family in our place before I gave birth. I was 7mos. pregnant when I applied for this apartment, and April made sure our family got our 4 bedroom right on time. Then there's the apartment. WOW - coming from a bad neighborhood and a tiny two-bedroom duplex to a humongous, clean, safe, 2-bath apartment that's bigger than my mom's house makes me so grateful that this was super affordable. You really won't find a 4-bedroom for this price anywhere nearby. The decks on the 4 bedrooms are huge, and even though they're shared, my neighbor and I like to decorate ours to match during the holidays. It's very fun in my opinion. The noises from the other apartments aren't super terrible like other apartment buildings I've lived in. You get the occasional door slam and shutting of cabinets but it's all bearable. My kids love the space here. Plus there's a park/pool that they look forward to playing in and plenty of other kids around here for them to have fun with. Please consider this if you have a low income and are trying to get away from a bad neighborhood. Heck, I'd even tell Grandpa to retire here. read more

This apartment complex's management was quick to respond to help my elderly mother. The office staff could use a lesson on empathy but the maintenance crew is polite and effective. read more

Love it here...one has to expect certain things when moving to an apartment such as a certain level of noise and "sharing" different amenities, but that should of been clearly obvious to anyone before moving in. With that in mind, management/maintenance goes above and beyond to ensure that the properties are beautiful, are well taken care of and expect the residents to follow rules to guarantee it remains so . I have heard residents complain that they are to strict, but having previously lived in a community where I owned a home and paid a large, extra, monthly HOH fee for these same amenities, but was a lot more restricted as to what was allowed...I am quite content and look forward to living here for a long time, as long as the same quality of living continues. read more

My fiance and I lived here for a brief time (he lived there for 3 years, I lived there for just a couple months before we moved) and it was miserable. We quickly realized that we were paying way too much, as it was an income based complex and we we are both college educated and have well paying jobs. The neighbors upstairs frequently had people in and out in what appeared to be drug deals, and I definitely did not feel safe outside at night. The toilets did not work properly, either. The maintenance people would also come in unannounced and my fiance would notice things were missing or out of place. I definitely would NOT recommend living here unless you absolutely have to! We were quite glad to get out and will NOT be coming back! read more
