While the villa didn't work out due to personal reasons, Tiffany responded so quickly to all of our phone calls and emails, was 100% honest, and even checked in on us several weeks after we decided not to move there. Updated review! I've…read morespoken with the regional manager and the leasing office manager about the issues I've written about here. Good news. Since my original review a few things have been addressed. The play area has been cleaned up and is now nice enough for kids to play in. The one major issue of potholes has been addressed! They have all been dug out and professionally fixed, not just patch jobs. Word has it the rest of the parking lot will be seal coated in a few weeks. The management team has listened and heard what has been said. I believe other changes are coming to the exterior of Maple Tree.

Boy do I wish I would have done my research on the place before I moved in. I have been here for…read moreabout a week now and I have already found 3 cockroaches in my apartment, not counting the dead ones that were here when I moved in. On my move in, I spent the first afternoon in my apartment cleaning it. There was trash left behind, dead roaches, gunk on the counters, a mess. Not to mention the hideous huge water damaged spot on my living room ceiling that looks like something out of silent hill. I brought the roach problem up to the landlord, who acted like it wasn't a big problem. In fact, he even told me that in larger complexes, it is a very common problem. No, no it's not. I've lived in several complexes much larger than this and this is the first time I've ever had roaches in my apartment. It's a common problem with poor upkeep and a total lack of maintenance. I was told that an exterminator was scheduled to come out in a month! Meanwhile I get to sit in my apartment where hopes and dreams come to die and watch my roach problem get bigger until it is passively dealt with. I have a feeling that I will be breaking this lease early and just taking the hit on the deposit. Lesson learned.

There is good parking with one covered and in the main building there is underground parking there is also regler parking for other cars. All and all not to bad a little high priced for the size but better than most out there.
