Updated review! I've…read morespoken with the regional manager and the leasing office manager about the issues I've written about here. Good news. Since my original review a few things have been addressed. The play area has been cleaned up and is now nice enough for kids to play in. The one major issue of potholes has been addressed! They have all been dug out and professionally fixed, not just patch jobs. Word has it the rest of the parking lot will be seal coated in a few weeks. The management team has listened and heard what has been said. I believe other changes are coming to the exterior of Maple Tree.

The apartments are nice and moderately nice each floor has own laundry on each floor they do cost…read moreit is like the laundromat but no driving the hallways looks like a Motel and the maintenance is slow at getting things fixed and sometimes you will need to get on them about it to get things fixed. There is good parking with one covered and in the main building there is underground parking there is also regler parking for other cars. All and all not to bad a little high priced for the size but better than most out there.

Black Mold and no upgrades dones. Lived there for 5 years…read more I watched over 20 plus families come and go for same reasons. Reported to the City to Investigate and fell on deaf ears. No help and do not expect your deposit back ever. Many promises and they play nice until you want to leave. You have been warned.
