They did a good job cleaning the gutters as evidenced by the one third full trash bin. There were 2 things that went amiss though. After they left, I noticed that there is something that was left on the roof. Emailed them with the picture and the owner sent someone to take a look. Turned out it was a patch of moss that was overlooked. Then another day, I noticed another thing left on a different area of the roof. Called them and they sent someone over to fix it. Wish they would double check their work but it's a testament to the company's focus in customer service that they sent someone over to make things right.
