We thought we were seeing things but we then saw another server reusing the chips and salsa for another table. When it's just the two of us dining double dipping the salsa is not an issue as long as the salsa and chips are discarded. Reusing the chips and salsa is not only a serious health violation but rates a 10 out of 10 for grossness. This seems to be an SOP with smaller restaurants as we saw this happen again at a small breakfast joint the following day.
