It was very disappointing, but more than that, when the server asked how everything was, he seemed as if he already knew the steak was tough. I ended up getting the coconut shrimp (4) instead. They were served on a bed of cooked and spiced apples along with a salad rolled up in thinly sliced jicama similar to a sushi roll. The second course I ordered was dessert. The pictures don't do the presentation justice because it is so dark, but the food is beautiful. Paying this much for coconut shrimp and dessert (basically a molten lava cake with vanilla ice cream) really left me feeling very disappointed. Would not recommend nor return.

We also ordered the camarones al mojo de ajo, with a special request of mild spicy level and those were pretty flavorful but not spicy. The seafood ceviche is one of our favorites. Prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. You will see your favorite server year after year as there is minimal turnover. The vibe here is laid back, very laid back. On this visit we arrived in our swim suits and I was sans shirt. No shirt no shoes no problem here! As a bonus they do accept CCs for payment.
