The Jamaica was also sweetened just enough so that you could still enjoy the flavor of the hibiscus. I would go again and definitely recommend this pizza but I suggest asking your waiter to please ensure you're getting fresh leaves if you add-on arugula. Cool decorations though, not at all touristy and "cheap" like most of Cozumel bar scene. We really enjoyed our visit. Service: we came on a Friday early afternoon and there was only one other tourist group. The bartender was great! Really young (20 yo!!!!), but apparently he has been doing the job for more than 5 years. The microgreens, the sauce and the square Tostada works well all together. 8.8/10 Salmon - Cooked perfectly. The corn is a great accompaniment. The fish is impeccably seasoned.
