This has caused permanent nerve damage. It is such a refreshing experience to work with my physician. From day one, she has always seen me as an individual and listens to my concerns. The staff is great and they are always very welcoming. I know it sounds basic but they do a great job of making you feel like they want you here. When we moved here (2016) we looked up the ratings of the local DR offices and this was rated really well, we came here because of that. Will here I am 1 yr latter after surgery, with 50% less mobility, 50% less balance and walk with a limp now... for what? To get paid 6K for worsening my foot instead of improving it. I strongly suggest going to other avenues, like PT ect instead of getting surgery from Dr. Loo. This has been very challenging to accept and a huge regret on my part listening and taking his word that I would be better after surgery. The only thing better is HE got paid and I'm still paying payments on a fked foot.

She's a warm person and not a doctor that view you as a number. She actually would take time to know you, to say hi and to listen to your health and wellness. Dr. Bebak and all her staff are friendly. The medical assistant, Tracy, would call you back ASAP or within 1 business day and listen to your issues. You would never feel rushed or judged. When you need to see her right away, it happens. She granted me an appointment within 12 hours or less. The office actually would follow up with your healthcare plan and give you confidential advice. She found a benign tumor (originally tested and thought that it was ovarian cancer) above my ovary in Oct. 2010. Many tests were done and confirmed that it was 98% cancerous. She placed calls, put me on the best healthcare plan and scheduled for my surgery within 2 weeks with one of the best Oncologists in Scottsdale, Dr. Mike Janicek M.D. His office normally schedules surgeries prior to over a month, but he did a favor for me and her by bringing me in for a surgery ASAP. I received the best care under both of them for many months. I'm really happy with the ease and the great medical care that she provides. I highly Dr. Bebak for your healthcare plan.

He gives you the time you need to explain your concerns and get answers, never making you feel rushed. He is very thorough before giving a diagnosis and never has the "here's a prescription, see you in a week" attitude. I truly feel like family. He also has the most amazing staff. Her thoughtful approach to recommending subtle changes to diet and supplements was excellent! I'm glad I ran late for my appointment on Tuesday, and they wouldn't budge on their 15 minutes late (I ran 20 and called ahead, but no grace). It worked out in the end two days later on Thursday, but still a little bitter with their policy. I can't remember how many times I've been received late by WFP over the years ... when I show up on time. Maybe we should charge our healthcare providers when they run late? It cuts both ways.

The providers are amazing, and I have stayed so long because of them. The office experience outside of the providers is so terrible. I have spoken to the office manager a few times in the past, and she was great and problems would settle for a little bit, but those same issues kept coming back. For the front office staff, the blonde one (I forgot her name) is always amazing and very nice. However, other times front office staff are openly talking about patients while patients are in the waiting room. When I was there for lab work this morning, the women at the front were talking bad about patients who ask to speak to the manager right after I checked in. When I went back for my labs today and place in the waiting area for labs, the lab technicians talked very loudly about patients (including myself) and it was very embarrassing. One of the lab techs had big headphones on and was playing around and gossiping so much that she even loudly joked about how unprofessional she is being, and we could hear them talk about how they were dividing up food for lunch while waiting to be seen. I didn't want to talk to the manager, because I don't want to give the front desk more people to complain about. I left the office dumbfounded. It's one thing to have conversation with your friends at work, but it's an entirely other thing to talk loudly about patients and not care that they are 5-10 feet in front of you. I have an appointment in a week, and I will have to break the news to my provider (Casey, who I love!) that I will have to leave due to the unprofessional culture in their office. I am done having to put up with this for years just to see the providers I like.
