Of course I was being nice when I told Michael I was happy with the clean. It was fine. Not outstanding. But satisfactory. I even told his wife the things they missed. And they were never addressed. Which is fine. I am pretty laid back person until you accuse me of being a liar and threaten me. A service was provided for me and I am required to pay for that service. Which I did. And the first check I sent to Regal Maids was cashed. I even tried to schedule another clean after first hearing from Michael's wife that my check hadn't been received. I was going to continue to use their service. I never had the intention of not paying for the service I received. I sent them a check. The check was cashed. But not by them? Even if it was mailed to them? Ok, who was it cashed by? Can you wait to let my bank do an investigation to see? No. They would not wait they asked for another check. I could not get to my bank in time, so they threatened to put a lien on my house. So I went and paid in cash and had to cancel the second check my bank was sending them. So my experience was terrible. Especially since I found a company that did a better deep clean for half the price and in half the amount of time.
