We served pies and cake, all of which was very average! They provided paper plates and paper towels. Appetizers was a cheese and sausage spread, vegetable tray and a smoked salmon (which we had to pay separate and deliver to them) They also provided the table clothes which we had to pick up and return. We received an email 3 days before our wedding that the smoked salmon that we ordered months ago was not available but if I wanted to drive to another city to pick it up and bring it to them I could. What!? I ended up calling the same company that they use and got it locally. I had to drive locally and pick up the fish and bring it over to Biebels, the day before the wedding. As if we did not have enough things going on.
