Tried a whole lotta times to contact RRM to schedule an appointment. No luck. She finally gave up and started the process of getting a refund from them. But guess what?!? RRM had varied to Groupon that the service had been provided. Therefore, according to Groupon's policies, no refunds will be given. THis seems a whole lot like payment has in fact been made. So eIther RRM doesn't understand how to use a Groupon account or is kinda ripping people off. Regardless, my experience with Michelle at Crater Chiropractic has been outstanding.
