They don't talk to you. On their phone. When asking for a bag they just hand it to you and still doesn't say tank you or anything.

Horrible experience. Pre paid for 2 showers online for 30 bucks before entering the building, and when I got to the front register they were trying to make me pay even more per person present, even though half of them didn't even plan on taking a shower and only wanted to change clothes. This brought the total to 50 dollars for no reason, and with the manager giving us a bunch of attitude the entire time. We ended up paying the 20 extra dollars since we already paid for the 30, and to make things worse, the bathrooms were in disgusting condition. The towels from the last people were still in the floor and an unflushed turd still in the toilet. Definitely the worst gas station experience I've had in my 20+ years of trucking time. read more

I love that it looks like a castle, and is perfect for me and the kiddos, but this time we were very dissatisfied. The kids got slushies, and when we got to the car, they said that they tasted like poop, and sheets. So then I thought they were joking around with me, and they said, "No really, they are absolutely disgusting and they like the zoo in florida. So i tasted for myself, very gross. I will be coming back, but not for slushies. read more

This gas station/ truck stop is conveniently located and has plenty of room to get around. Truck drivers will find it quite convenient to pump fuel. I also like that they have plenty of diesel pumps for cars and pickups as well. You will find some of the entrances are too tight for big rigs with trailers. You will need to enter at the north most entrance on SR 15 or the east most entrance on US 20. This place literally looks like a cement castle. There is a Subway and a McDonalds at this location as well as grocery, coffee, snacks and much more. It is also a full service truck stop with showers, lounge, scales, overnight parking and truck accessories. Overall unique but gets the job done. read more

One of my favorite fuel station/truck stop. If you pay CASH you will always get 5c off a gallon. The fuel is the BEST quality. If you sign up without a cc, your 1st fuel UP you will get 10c off/gallon. All kinds of man cave knickknacks. Beautiful leather lounge area. Showers/couple/$7-14(?). Espresso & regular coffee bar/cafe. Pool tables, Subway, McD. No worries if you need a place to chill in your vehicle or need to get in out of the cold. Lots of traffic. The gentleman employees are always there professionally. Neat gifts for your loved ones & lovely lady. My favorite is the assortment of glass blown gifts & knives. Lots of heartfelt memories here. This is a nice place to get fuel. However, it is the worst place for friendliness, cleanliness and overall lack of maintenance. I drive a truck and get fuel daily. Along with fuel, you get a free shower. Not here. Even after buying over 150 gallons of fuel, I still had to pay for a shower. The owners are very rude, especially if you ask a question. You know it's bad when you'd rather take a shower in a pilot..... read more

visited the Mcdonald's here on 08/9/17, lady in the front register was very nice. when i asked for two sweet n sours, she handed them to me and the manager told her to charge me. i understand that it's one sauce per order of fri, but i had TWO order of fries. manager had a horrible attitude "it's our policy blah blah blah" ummm it's called being generous and it's called understanding that i have TWO orders of fries, not ONE order. illinois mcdonald's is better, they're generous and don't even care how many sauces they give their customers. manager is just cranky because she works at a mcdonald's. don't take your anger out on customers just because you have a bad job. ALSO, the meat in the mcdoubles tasted old and not fresh. they also messed up one of our orders. we ordered a bacon cheddar mchicken, but they gave us a regular mchicken. so we paid extra for no reason. read more

Very rude customer service. Not helpful in answering questions or helping with directions. Barely speak English. They Charge you for showers even if you fuel up. Showers are remodeled but infested with small bugs and centipedes crawling up the walls and floor. Defiantly won't be coming back. read more
