Andy, came out to help fill my propane tanks and found that one was leaking. I didn't know but suspected something was wrong because that tank didn't seem to last that long on my grill. He swapped the tank for me, filled my other tanks and just took care of me. He could have filled the tank and sent me on my way, but with a leaky valve I would have not gotten the full value for the propane I purchased. Andy was great. He saved me money and future frustration. I will stop here again for propane and other needs.

For $6.99 you get a large breast, dark meat, two hot fresh sides like green beans or mashed and gravy and a roll or cornbread. The best chicken and still the best deal in town. Remove the skin from two breasts and dice or shred the best prepped chicken you can buy in Sarasota, rotisserie or otherwise. As always served by the friendliest, hardest-working staff in Sarasota since I started going there in the 1980's. But not on Sunday.

I can't speak for the customer service here or the condition of the property's interior being I paid at the pump and was on my way in a matter of minutes - the pumps were in good condition and the flow rate of the fuel through the nozzle was good and I was offered a receipt at the pump after fueling. Truthfully, I do not like sandwiches and do not eat them if I had a choice, unless it's a Vietnamese Banh mi. We went in and you can customize your sandwich on the kiosk and they make it for you. Grabbed our Agua fresca that he is obsessed with, paid and waited for our order. We shared the sandwich because I never finish and it was surprisingly good and such a cheap meal. Just thinking about it, I'm craving a Wawa sandwich. Overall, it's clean here, there's seating outside and super convenient. Better than hitting up a fast food joint. I'll be back again soon.

There are potholes, uneven pavement, and huge chunks of asphalt all over the lot and between the pumps. Yesterday, I blew out my tire on a pothole that was filled with water. It almost took the entire wheel off the car. I went inside and water was pouring out from multiple tiles in the ceiling and the insulation was protruding down with it. The floor behind the register was puddled with water, and there was a box fan and exposed electrical wire sitting in it - with an employee (Jacob) standing in it. The manager (Arsam) was nice and took photos and wrote an incident report, until he got on the phone with the GM, Jose, who asked to speak with me. Jose was shockingly rude, and refused to assist in any way. I asked for insurance information and said I would handle the claim myself. He still refused to provide information and stated that he was refusing to report the problem (as required by all general liability policies). The staff then watched from the windows as other customers spent hours in the rain trying to assist me, until we determined the car had to be towed. The conditions are unsafe for preparing food. It's absolutely disgusting. And apparently, it's not even safe to drive through, let alone get gas. This place needs a major renovation, or a shut-down. And new management.

Regina informed me that he would be available in approximately half an hour, so we continued shopping and returned shortly after his arrival. Upon our return, Lee was assisting another customer. Regina immediately recognized us, remembered that we had been waiting to speak with him, and informed Lee that we had already been waiting for some time. She then graciously continued assisting Lee's customer so that he could help us without further delay. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that we received the assistance we needed was truly commendable. Regina demonstrated exceptional teamwork and genuine care for Costco members, making our experience an exceptionally positive one. But I have specifically spoken with Andrea one of the Pharmacists and I know I've spoken with a few others. A huge kudos to them and their staff. They have gone above and beyond several times for me. I am only one client. I am sure that they do this across the board for all of their clients which are probably in the thousands. The customer service experience at the pharmacy is unparalleled and outstanding. They have relentlessly contacted my physician in another state while I am tdy & dealing with medical issues with my parents for an indeterminate amount of time. They have made numerous phone calls about numerous issues and always, always followed up with me. Even when my cell phone provider, it inadvertently blocked all Costco's across the United States from being able to call or leave voicemail messages or text. They were still consistent and diligent, in going above and beyond on the behalf of myself. I cannot speak highly enough the pharmacy staff. For the rest of this costco... well it's typical costco.

This gas station has served generations of people, but sadly, it looks like it will be closing its doors. Another long-established business and I would dare to even call it an iconic institution that has faced its sunset. I shall miss this place. Full service gas in Florida is such a rarity and now one of the few (if not the only) is bowing out of the game. I do wish the owners a lovely retirement.
