So, I was a bit surprised when I got to the Mchenry location and found the ice tea machine and the lemon container both dry as a bone. When I asked the gentleman who worked there if I could get some he waved his hand and said: "No--if it's not there then it's gone. And we're not going to make any more tonight because nobody wants it." Which confused me because I was standing there telling him I wanted it. It was...I believe the technical phrase is, "Uber sucky service." I also watched him throw a bit of a hissy fit to his co worker about whether or not the pop machines were clean and how someone else--who wasn't present at the moment-- would just, "Have to deal with it..." Maybe he was having a bad night. That's understandable. It happens. But I still won't be going back.. The experience sucked monkey privates.

There is even a switch to flip to notify an employee if the bathroom is not up to standard. Then I get a call a few hours later, turns out the owner (who is up there in years and clearly does not get around all that great) stayed late to fix my truck him self. He did not have to do that. He was going to get his money either way. He did me a solid and got me fixed up so I would not have to be late to work on my third day of the new job. They earned a repeat customer for a long time.

I had to put my shoulder into the door to get it to open and the same procedure to get it to shut. The lock had been broken several times, no TP on the roll and no soap. Gross!
